Abstract

Una composición catalítica aplicable al proceso de rupturacatalítica de hidrocarburos, compuesta por una zeolita como matriz y un agente que causa inactivación al vanadio, en donde dicho agente puede ser un compuesto de fórmula M(PO3 )2 , M2 P2 O7 , M3 (P4 O2 ), M10 (OH)2 (P4 O6 ), M(H2 PO2 ), MHPO4 , 3M3 (PO4 )2 .MCO3 , M(H2 PO2 )2 , MHPO3 , M(PO2 )2 , M2 P2 O6 y A(PO3 )3 , donde M representa un metal bivalente y A representa un metal trivalente, o mezclas de dos o más de estos compuestos.Una composición catalítica aplicable al proceso de ruptura catalítica de hidrocarburos, compuesta porun catalizador de ruptura catalítica y un segundo componente separado de composición distinta al catalizador, que actúa como agente que causa inactivación al vanadio o como trampa para la retención del mismo, en donde dicho segundo componente separado se encuentra dentro del grupo formado por M(PO3 )2 , M2 P2 O7 , M3 (P4 O2 ), M10 (OH)2 , (P4 O6 ); M(H2 PO4 )2 , MHPO4 , 3M3 (PO4 )2 .MCO3 , M(H2 PO2 )2 , MHPO3 , M(PO2 )2 , M2 P2 O6 y A(PO3 )3 , o es una mezcla o mezclas de dos o más de dicho grupo, en donde M representa un catión metálico bivalente y A representa un catión metálico trivalente.La composición catalítica de la reivindicación 2 en donde dicho segundo componente separado se encuentra soportado sobre un material inerte del grupo compuesto por alúmina, sílice, óxido de magnesio, óxido de titanio, óxido de zirconio, fosfato de aluminio, aluminosilicatos, zeolitas, caolín, sepiolita y arcillas.La composición catalítica de la reivindicación 1 en donde dicho agente que causa inactivación de vanadio constituye entre el 5 y el 10% en peso de la masa total de dicha composición catalítica aproximadamente.Una composición catalítica de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores en donde el agente que causa inactivación al vanadio es el pirofosfato de bario de fórmula Ba2 P2 O7 .
