13. Соединение или соль по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что антитело выбрано из группы, состоящей из трастузумаба, пертузумаба, гемтузумаба и вадастуксимаба.
14. Соединение или соль по п. 8, отличающееся тем, что антитело связывается с одним или более ассоциированными с опухолью антигенами или рецепторами клеточной поверхности.
15. Соединение или соль по любому из пп. 8-12 и 14, отличающееся тем, что антитело выбрано из группы, состоящей из HER2, CD33, CD70, MUC1/CanAg, MUC16, CD151 и ITGaV.
16. Фармацевтическая композиция, содержащая терапевтически эффективное количество соединения или соли по любому из пп. 8-15 и фармацевтически приемлемый разбавитель, носитель или вспомогательное вещество.
17. Способ лечения рака, включающий введение пациенту терапевтически эффективного количества фармацевтической композиции по п. 16.
18. Способ лечения рака по п. 17, отличающийся тем, что рак выбран из карциномы мочевого пузыря, молочной железы, шейки матки, толстой кишки, эндометрия, почки, легкого, пищевода, яичника, простаты, поджелудочной железы, кожи, желудка и яичек, лейкемии и лимфомы.
19. Способ лечения рака по п. 17, дополнительно включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества второго терапевтического агента.
20. Способ получения соединения Формулы (III) по п. 8, включающий приведение антитела в контакт с соединением Формулы (II) по п. 4.
21. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 16 для применения в терапии.
22. Фармацевтическая композиция по п. 17, предназначенная для применения в способе лечения рака у нуждающегося в этом человека, включающем введение указанному человеку эффективного количества фармацевтической композиции, причем рак выбран из карциномы мочевого пузыря, молочной железы, шейки матки, толстой кишки, эндометрия, почки, легкого, пищевода, яичника, простаты, поджелудочной железы, кожи, желудка и яичек, лейкемии и лимфомы.
23. Набор для лечения рака, включающий:
a) фармацевтическую композицию по п. 16; и
b) инструкцию по применению.
