Abstract
1. 1. термопластичный полимер; и
органоглину, диспергированную в термопластичном полимере;

(55,5°С) превышает температуру инициирования сварки.
4. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где органоглина включает множество частиц, имеющих, по меньшей мере, один пространственный размер, меньший, чем 200 нм.
5. Упаковочная система по п. 1, в которой органоглина содержит пластинки, характеризующиеся средней величиной расслоения, равной, по меньшей мере, 30 ангстремам.
6. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где органоглина включает глину, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из каолинита, монтмориллонит-смектитовых глин, бентонитовых глин, иллитовых глин и их комбинаций.
7. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 1% масс. до 20% масс. от общей массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
8. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 2% масс. до 10% масс. от объединенной массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
9. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где термопластичный полимер дополнительно содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из найлонов, полиолефинов, полистиролов, сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов, сополимеров этилена, сополимеров пропилена, сополимера этилена-винилацетата и их смесей.
10. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где термопластичный полимер содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из сополимера этилена-акриловой кислоты, сополимера этилена-этилакрилата, иономеров этилена и их комбинаций.
11. Упаковочная система по п. 1, где термопластичный полимер
включает сополимер этилена-винилацетата.
12. Многослойная сварная конструкция, содержащая:
сваривающий слой, включающий термопластичный полимер и органоглину, диспергированную в указанном термопластичном полимере,
сваривающий слой, имеющий температуру инициирования сварки от приблизительно 170°F (76,7°С) до приблизительно 350°F (176,7°С), и модуль упругости при растяжении от приблизительно 500 до приблизительно 2000 МПа, причем органоглина включает пластинки, характеризующиеся средней величиной расслоения между 20 и 45 ангстремами; и
первый дополнительный слой, расположенный на сваривающем слое.
13. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, дополнительно содержащая второй добавочный слой, расположенный поверх первого дополнительного слоя.
14. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, в которой сваривающий слой образует отслаиваемый сварной шов при всех температурах в пределах диапазона температур получения отслаиваемого сварного шва, и диапазон температур отслаиваемого сварного шва находится в пределах от температуры инициирования сварки до температуры, которая, по меньшей мере, на 100°F (55,5°С) превышает температуру инициирования сварки.
15. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, в которой органоглина включает множество частиц, имеющих пространственный размер, меньший, чем 200 нм.
16. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, в которой
органоглина содержит пластинки, характеризующиеся средней величиной расслоения, равной, по меньшей мере, 30 ангстремам.
17. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, где органоглина включает глину, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из каолинита, монтмориллонит-смектитовых глин, бентонитовых глин, иллитовых глин и их комбинаций.
18. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 1% масс. до 20% масс. от общей массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
19. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, где термопластичный полимер дополнительно содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из найлонов, полиолефинов, полистиролов, сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов, сополимеров этилена, сополимеров пропилена, сополимера этилена-винилацетата и их смесей.
20. Многослойная сварная конструкция по п. 12, где термопластичный полимер содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из сополимера этилена-акриловой кислоты, сополимера этилена-этилакрилата, иономеров этилена и их комбинаций.
21. Способ получения упаковочной системы, содержащей сваривающий слой, где способ включает:
объединение термопластичного полимера с органоглиной с получением полимерно-органоглиняной смеси, где органоглина содержит пластинки, характеризующиеся средней величиной расслоения по меньшей мере 20 ангстремам;
получение сваривающего слоя из полимерно-органоглиняной
смеси, сваривающий слой имеет температуру инициирования сварки от приблизительно 170°F (76,7°С) до приблизительно 350°F (176,7°С) и модуль упругости при растяжении от приблизительно 500 до приблизительно 2000 Мпа; и
формование открытой упаковочной системы из сваривающего слоя.
22. Способ по п. 21, где стадию получения сваривающего слоя осуществляют экструдированием, соэкструдированием, раздувным формованием, литьем, экструзионным пневмоформованием и получением пленок раздувом.
23. Способ по п. 21, где сваривающий слой получают экструдированием из экструзионной головки.
24. Способ по п. 21, в котором термопластичный полимер и органоглину предварительно смешивают, а затем вводят в экструдер.
25. Способ по п. 21, дополнительно включающий образование дополнительных слоев путем подачи материала из дополнительных экструдеров.
26. Способ по п. 21, дополнительно включающий сваривание открытой упаковочной системы.
27. Способ по п. 26, в котором объект помещают в открытую упаковочную систему перед свариванием.
28. Способ по п. 26, в котором сваривающий слой получают контактированием слоя со сваривающейся подложкой.
29. Способ по п. 28, в котором сваривающий слой получают при проведении тепловой сварки, ультразвуковой сварки, или индукционной сварки.
30. Способ по п. 21, в котором термопластичный полимер объединяют с органоглиной путем перемешивание маточной смеси с беспримесным полимером.
31. Способ по п. 30, в котором маточная смесь обычно содержит от 10 до 80 мас.% органоглины.
32. Способ по п. 21, в котором первый и второй сваривающие слои формуют в отслаиваемый сварной шов при всех температурах внутри диапазона температур отслаиваемого сварного шва в пределах от температуры инициирования сварки до температуры, которая, по меньшей мере, на 100°F (55,5°С) превышает температуру инициирования сварки.
33. Способ по п. 21, в котором органоглина включает множество частиц, имеющих пространственный размер менее 200 нм.
34. Способ по п. 21, в котором пластинки имеют среднюю величину расслоения по размерам между 20 и 45 ангстремами.
35. Способ по п. 21, в котором пластинки характеризуются средней величиной расслоения, по меньшей мере, 30 ангстрем.
36. Способ по п. 21, где органоглина включает глину, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из каолинита, монтмориллонит-смектитовых глин, бентонитовых глин, иллитовых глин и их комбинаций.
37. Способ по п. 21, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 1% масс. до 20% масс. от общей массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
38. Способ по п. 21, в котором органоглина присутствует в количестве от 2 масс.% до 10 масс.% от общей массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
39. Способ по п. 21, где термопластичный полимер дополнительно содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из найлонов, полиолефинов, полистиролов, сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов, сополимеров этилена, сополимеров пропилена, сополимера этилена-винилацетата и их смесей.
40. Способ по п. 21, где термопластичный полимер содержит компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сополимера этилена-акриловой кислоты, сополимера этилена-этилакрилата, иономеров этилена и их комбинаций.
41. Упаковочная система, содержащая отслаиваемую сварную секцию и секцию контейнера, причем отслаиваемая сварная секция включает первый сваривающий слой и второй сваривающий слой так, что первый сваривающий слой контактирует со вторым сваривающим слоем с образованием отслаиваемого сварного шва, при этом каждый из первого и второго сваривающих швов независимо включает:
термопластичный полимер; и
органоглину, диспергированную в термопластичном полимере, при этом первый сваривающий полимер и второй сваривающий полимер имеют температуру инициирования сварки от приблизительно 170°F (76,7°С) до приблизительно 350°F (176,7°С) и модуль упругости при растяжении от приблизительно 500 до приблизительно 2000 Мпа; а органоглина содержит пластинки, характеризующиеся средней величиной расслоения по меньшей мере 20 ангстрем.
42. Упаковочная система по п. 41, в которой первый сваривающий слой имеет среднюю шероховатость поверхности от примерно 1500 до примерно 5000 ангстрем.
43. Упаковочная система по п. 41, в которой первый и второй сваривающие слои образуют отслаиваемый сварной шов при всех температурах в пределах диапазона температур получения отслаиваемого сварного шва, и диапазон температур отслаиваемого сварного шва находится в пределах от температуры инициирования сварки до температуры, которая, по меньшей мере, на 100°F (55,5°С) превышает температуру инициирования сварки.
44. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где органоглина содержит множество частиц, имеющих пространственный размер, меньший, чем 200 нм.
45. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где пластинки имеют среднюю величину расслоения по меньшей мере 30 ангстрем.
46. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где органоглина содержит глину, выбираемую из группы, состоящей из каолинита, монтмориллонит-смектитовых глин, бентонитовых глин, иллитовых глин и их комбинаций.
47. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 1% масс. до 20% масс. от общей массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
48. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где органоглина присутствует в количестве от 2% масс. до 10% масс. от объединенной массы термопластичного полимера и органоглины.
49. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где термопластичный полимер дополнительно содержит компонент, выбираемый из группы, состоящей из найлонов, полиолефинов, полистиролов, сложных полиэфиров, поликарбонатов, сополимеров этилена, сополимеров пропилена, сополимера этилена-винилацетата и их смесей.
50. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где термопластичный полимер содержит компонент, выбранный из группы, состоящей из сополимера этилена-акриловой кислоты, сополимера этилена-этилакрилата, иономеров этилена и их комбинаций.
51. Упаковочная система по п. 41, где термопластичный полимер содержит сополимер этилена-винилацетата.
