技术领域
本发明属粘结剂领域,尤其涉及一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶。
背景技术
近几年,复合材料和塑料等新材料在汽车上的应用使得汽车用胶粘剂和密封胶用量也持续增长,其中汽车内饰件是胶粘剂用量迅速增长的一个领域。 汽车内饰件热熔胶的需求越来越多。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
富马酸二甲酯1-2、当归油1-2、聚酯树脂30-35、EVA20-35,纳米TiO2 2-4、聚烯烃弹性体 15-20、氧化锌 0.5-1、硅烷偶联剂KH792 2-4,纳米复合填料4-6;
纳米复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:蒙脱土15-18、海泡石粉3-5、膨胀珍珠岩粉7-12,沉淀硫酸钡1-2、己二酸酯1-2、间苯二甲酸二甲酯1-2、纳米三氧化钼 0.1-0.2、气相二氧化硅0.1-0.2、环氧大豆油0.5-0.8、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 0.3-0.5、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.4-0.6;
所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法为:
(1)蒙脱土、海泡石粉、膨胀珍珠岩粉混匀后,在闪烧窑中700-800℃闪烧12-15秒,再倒入浓度为5-8%的盐酸溶液中,于35-45℃下搅拌15-20分钟,500-600r/min离心处理7-12min、去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过100-200目筛,得复配矿物粉;
(2)将复配矿物粉与其余原料以及适量水混匀,,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.5-9.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,再与剩余原料混合,研磨成纳米粉末后即得。
所述的一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶,其特征在于:
制备步骤是:
(1)将EVA、聚酯树脂放入共混机中混匀备用;
(2)再将聚烯烃弹性体、氧化锌、纳米TiO2 放入共混机中混匀备用;
(3)将其余原料放入共混机中混匀后,造粒、冷却和切粒,即得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的制备原料含有纳米TiO2以及纳米复合填料,与其余原料能够很好地融合在一起,所得热熔胶耐温性好,粘结强度高,非常适用于汽车内饰件表面复合机织面料或者塑料。
具体实施方式
一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶,其是由下述重量kg的原料制得:
富马酸二甲酯 2、当归油 1、聚酯树脂 35、EVA 27,纳米TiO2 4、聚烯烃弹性体 20、氧化锌 0.7、硅烷偶联剂KH792 4,纳米复合填料 6;
纳米复合填料由下述重量kg的原料制得:蒙脱土18、海泡石粉5、膨胀珍珠岩粉12,沉淀硫酸钡2、己二酸酯1、间苯二甲酸二甲酯2、纳米三氧化钼 0.2、气相二氧化硅 0.2、环氧大豆油0.8、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 0.3、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.6;
所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法为:
(1)蒙脱土、海泡石粉、膨胀珍珠岩粉混匀后,在闪烧窑中800℃闪烧12秒,再倒入浓度为8%的盐酸溶液中,于45℃下搅拌20分钟,600r/min离心处理12min、去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过200目筛,得复配矿物粉;
(2)将复配矿物粉与其余原料以及适量水混匀,加12%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.8,研磨浆料至500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,再与剩余原料混合,研磨成纳米粉末后即得。
所述的一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶,
制备步骤是:
(1)将EVA、聚酯树脂放入共混机中混匀备用;
(2)再将聚烯烃弹性体、氧化锌、纳米TiO2 放入共混机中混匀备用;
(3)将其余原料放入共混机中混匀后,造粒、冷却和切粒,即得。
本实施例的粘结剂的表观粘度为5300MPa.s,剥离强度55N/2.5cm2,初粘力达到5号钢球,开放时间39s,24小时热稳定性状稳定。
Claims (1)
1.一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
富马酸二甲酯1-2、当归油1-2、聚酯树脂30-35、EVA20-35,纳米TiO2 2-4、聚烯烃弹性体 15-20、氧化锌 0.5-1、硅烷偶联剂KH792 2-4,纳米复合填料4-6;
纳米复合填料由下述重量份的原料制得:蒙脱土15-18、海泡石粉3-5、膨胀珍珠岩粉7-12,沉淀硫酸钡1-2、己二酸酯1-2、间苯二甲酸二甲酯1-2、纳米三氧化钼 0.1-0.2、气相二氧化硅0.1-0.2、环氧大豆油0.5-0.8、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯 0.3-0.5、硅烷偶联剂KH550 0.4-0.6;
所述的纳米复合填料的制备方法为:
(1)蒙脱土、海泡石粉、膨胀珍珠岩粉混匀后,在闪烧窑中700-800℃闪烧12-15秒,再倒入浓度为5-8%的盐酸溶液中,于35-45℃下搅拌15-20分钟,500-600r/min离心处理7-12min、去离子水洗涤、烘干,粉碎,过100-200目筛,得复配矿物粉;
(2)将复配矿物粉与其余原料以及适量水混匀,,加10-15%氢氧化钠溶液调PH为8.5-9.5,研磨浆料至400-500目后,再加盐酸溶液调为中性,干燥,再与剩余原料混合,研磨成纳米粉末后即得;
所述的一种汽车内饰件用纳米热熔胶制备步骤是:
(1)将EVA、聚酯树脂放入共混机中混匀备用;
(2)再将聚烯烃弹性体、氧化锌、纳米TiO2 放入共混机中混匀备用;
(3)将其余原料放入共混机中混匀后,造粒、冷却和切粒,即得。
