Abstract
1. Способ получения фотохромных гидрогелевых контактных линз, включающий:дозирование первой композиции гидрогелевой линзы на переднюю часть формы для литья контактных линз, где первая композиция гидрогелевой линзы содержит по меньшей мере один мономер контактной линзы и фотохромный материал;дозирование второй композиции контактной линзы в упомянутую часть формы для литья поверх первой композиции, где первая композиция имеет большую вязкость, чем вторая композиция контактной линзы;расположение второй части формы для литья в непосредственной близости к первой части так, чтобы они образовывали полость с первой и второй композицией линзы, и отверждение упомянутой первой и второй композиции с образованием гидрогелевой контактной линзы, имеющей фактическую сагиттальную глубину в пределах около 100 микрон от сагиттальной глубины образца.2. Способ по п.1, где упомянутую вторую композицию контактной линзы дозируют в виде кольца вокруг первой композиции.3. Способ по п.2, где форму для литья с основным изгибом накладывают форму с фронтальным изгибом по существу в то же время, когда первая и вторая композиция линзы сливаются воедино.4. Способ по п.1, где упомянутая первая композиция содержит первый мономер контактной линзы, фотохромное вещество и первый балансирующий мономер; и упомянутая вторая композиция содержит мономер контактной линзы и второй балансирующий мономер таким образом, чтобы включение упомянутого первого балансирующего мономера и упомянутого второго балансирующего мономера приводило к появлению по существу сходных коэффициентов разбухания первой и второй композиции линзы.5. Claims (13)
1. Способ получения фотохромных гидрогелевых контактных линз, включающий:
дозирование первой композиции гидрогелевой линзы на переднюю часть формы для литья контактных линз, где первая композиция гидрогелевой линзы содержит по меньшей мере один мономер контактной линзы и фотохромный материал;
дозирование второй композиции контактной линзы в упомянутую часть формы для литья поверх первой композиции, где первая композиция имеет большую вязкость, чем вторая композиция контактной линзы;
расположение второй части формы для литья в непосредственной близости к первой части так, чтобы они образовывали полость с первой и второй композицией линзы, и отверждение упомянутой первой и второй композиции с образованием гидрогелевой контактной линзы, имеющей фактическую сагиттальную глубину в пределах около 100 микрон от сагиттальной глубины образца.
2. Способ по п.1, где упомянутую вторую композицию контактной линзы дозируют в виде кольца вокруг первой композиции.
3. Способ по п.2, где форму для литья с основным изгибом накладывают форму с фронтальным изгибом по существу в то же время, когда первая и вторая композиция линзы сливаются воедино.
4. Способ по п.1, где упомянутая первая композиция содержит первый мономер контактной линзы, фотохромное вещество и первый балансирующий мономер; и упомянутая вторая композиция содержит мономер контактной линзы и второй балансирующий мономер таким образом, чтобы включение упомянутого первого балансирующего мономера и упомянутого второго балансирующего мономера приводило к появлению по существу сходных коэффициентов разбухания первой и второй композиции линзы.
5. Способ по п.1, где упомянутая первая композиция имеет вязкость, которая на по меньшей мере 1000 сП больше, чем вязкость упомянутой второй композиции линзы.
6. Способ по п.1, где упомянутое фотохромное вещество содержит по меньшей мере одну полимеризуемую группу.
7. Способ по п.6, где одна из полимеризуемых групп является метакрилатной группой.
9. Способ по п.1, где линзу отверждают под действием светового излучения.
10. Гидрогелевая контактная линза, содержащая:
тело с поверхностью фронтального изгиба и поверхностью основного изгиба, где упомянутая поверхность фронтального изгиба имеет область зрачка и внешнюю область, и упомянутая область зрачка является фотохромной и окружается упомянутой внешней областью, где упомянутая гидрогелевая контактная линза имеет центральную сагиттальную глубину в пределах около 100 микрон от сагиттальной глубины образца.
11. Контактная линза по п.10, где упомянутая область зрачка включает зрачковый мономер, и внешняя область включает по существу прозрачную мономерную композицию, где зрачковая мономерная композиция содержит фотохромный краситель и имеет большую вязкость, которая по меньшей мере на 1000 сП выше, чем вязкость прозрачной мономерной композиции.
12. Контактная линза по п.10, где упомянутая область зрачка имеет диаметр около 9 мм или менее.
13. Контактная линза по п.10, где упомянутая область зрачка имеет диаметр от около 4 до около 7 мм.
