Claims (21)

1. Композиция, используемая в способе изготовления фотополимеризацией гибких, недорогих, гидрофобных интраокулярных линз с высоким индексом рефракции и способностью блокирования УФ излучения, имеющих гладкую поверхность, отличающаяся тем, что она включает:
20-80 масс. % олигомера на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата в качестве связующего вещества;
5-40 масс. % мономера на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата в качестве активного разбавителя;
1-5 масс. % УФ-блокатора на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата для поглощения света; и
0,1-5 масс. % фотоинициатора для инициации реакции.
2. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что используемый олигомер представляет собой олигомер уретанакрилата.
3. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что используемый олигомер представляет собой олигомер уретанметакрилата.
4. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что используемый мономер представляет собой мономер на основе монофункционального акрилата.
5. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что используемый мономер представляет собой мономер на основе метакрилата.
6. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что мономер, используемый в качестве активного разбавителя, может быть выбран из группы, состоящей из метакриловой кислоты, метикарбитол метакрилата, феноксиэтил метакрилата, октил метакрилата, метилметакрилата, гидроксиэтил метакрилата, этоксиэтил метакрилата, этиленгликольдиметакрилата, N-винил пирролидона, аллилметакрилата, N,N-диметакриламида, глицерилметакрилата и тетраэтиленгликольдиметакрилата.

Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что фотоинициатор может быть выбран из группы, состоящей из (2,4,6-триметилбензоил)дифенилфосфиноксида, (2-бензил-2-N-диметиламино-1-(4-морфолинопропана-1), (гидроксициклогексил) фенилкетона, 2-бензил-2-N-диметиламино-1-(4-морфолинофенил)-1-бутанона, бензола, диметилкетали, изопропилбензоинкетали, 2-n-пропокси-9Н-тиоксантена-9 и этил-4-(диметиламино)бензоата.
8. Композиция по п. 1, отличающаяся тем, что УФ-блокатор может быть выбран из группы, состоящей из 2-(4-бензоил-3-гидроксифенокси)этилакрилата, 4-метакрилокси-2-гидроксибензофенона, 2-(2'-гидрокси-5'-метакрилоксиэтилфенил)-2Н-бензотриазола, кумарина или ароматического простого полиэфира.
9. Способ изготовления фотополимеризацией гибких, недорогих, гидрофобных интраокулярных линз с высоким индексом рефракции и способностью блокирования УФ излучения, имеющих гладкую поверхность, отличающийся тем, что он предполагает следующие этапы:
изготовление композиции;
помещение композиции в матрицу;
отверждение композиции методом фотополимеризации;
извлечение отвержденной композиции из матрицы;
экстракция изопропиловым спиртом и стерилизация полученных композиций.
10. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что композицию готовят, используя 20-80 масс. % олигомера (олигомеров) на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата в качестве связующих веществ; 5-40 масс. % мономера на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата в качестве активного разбавителя; 0,1-5 масс. % фотоинициатора для инициации реакции; 1-5 масс. % УФ-блокирующего ингредиента на основе акрилата и/или метакрилата в качестве УФ-блокатора.
11. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что композицию переносят предпочтительно в кварцевую матрицу.
12. Способ по п. 9, отличающийся тем, что на этапе отверждения композиции методом фотополимеризации используют светодиод и/или устройство, испускающее ультрафиолетовое излучение, или то и другое.
