Abstract
1. Гемостатическая пористая композитная губка, содержащаяi) матрицу из биоматериала иii) один гидрофильный полимерный компонент, содержащий реакционноспособные группыпри этом i) и ii) связываются друг с другом так, что реакционная способность полимерного компонента сохраняется, при этом связанный означает, что- указанный полимерный компонент наносится на поверхность указанной матрицы из биоматериала, или- указанная матрица пропитывается указанным полимерным материалом, или- и то и другое.2. Губка по п.1, в которой указанный биоматериал выбирают из группы, состоящей из коллагена, желатина, фибрина, полисахарида, например, хитозана, синтетического биодеградируемого биоматериала, например, полимолочной кислоты или полигликолиевой кислоты, и их производных.3. Губка по п.1 или 2, в которой гидрофильный полимер является полиалкиленоксидным полимером, особенно предпочтительно PEG-содержащим полимером, например, мультиэлектрофильным полиалкиленоксидным полимером, например, мультиэлектрофильным PEG, таким как простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат.4. Губка по п.1 или 2, в котором биоматериал является коллагеном, а полимерный компонент представляет собой простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат, при этом полимерная форма наносится на коллаген.5. Губка по п.1 или 2, в котором биоматериал является коллагеном, а полимерный компонент представляет собой простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат, при этом полимерная форма импрегнируется в коллаген.6. Применение губки по любому из пп.1-5 для лечения повреждения, выбранного из гр
Claims (17)
1. Гемостатическая пористая композитная губка, содержащая
i) матрицу из биоматериала и
ii) один гидрофильный полимерный компонент, содержащий реакционноспособные группы
при этом i) и ii) связываются друг с другом так, что реакционная способность полимерного компонента сохраняется, при этом связанный означает, что
- указанный полимерный компонент наносится на поверхность указанной матрицы из биоматериала, или
- указанная матрица пропитывается указанным полимерным материалом, или
- и то и другое.
2. Губка по п.1, в которой указанный биоматериал выбирают из группы, состоящей из коллагена, желатина, фибрина, полисахарида, например, хитозана, синтетического биодеградируемого биоматериала, например, полимолочной кислоты или полигликолиевой кислоты, и их производных.
3. Губка по п.1 или 2, в которой гидрофильный полимер является полиалкиленоксидным полимером, особенно предпочтительно PEG-содержащим полимером, например, мультиэлектрофильным полиалкиленоксидным полимером, например, мультиэлектрофильным PEG, таким как простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат.
4. Губка по п.1 или 2, в котором биоматериал является коллагеном, а полимерный компонент представляет собой простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат, при этом полимерная форма наносится на коллаген.
5. Губка по п.1 или 2, в котором биоматериал является коллагеном, а полимерный компонент представляет собой простой эфир пентаэритритолполи(этиленгликоль) тетрасукцинимидил глутарат, при этом полимерная форма импрегнируется в коллаген.
6. Применение губки по любому из пп.1-5 для лечения повреждения, выбранного из группы, состоящей из раны, кровотечения, поврежденной ткани и/или кровоточащей ткани.
7. Способ лечения повреждения, выбранного из группы, состоящей из раны, кровотечения, поврежденной ткани и/или кровоточащей ткани, включающий наложение гемостатической губки по любому из пп.1-5 на место повреждения.
8. Способ по п.7, согласно которому губка накладывается на указанное повреждение вместе с буферным раствором, например, бикарбонатным раствором, например, на марле.
9. Набор, содержащий губку по любому из пп.1-5 и буферный раствор, например, щелочной буферный раствор, такой как бикарбонатный, вместе с инструкциями, касающимися его применения.
10. Способ изготовления гемостатической губки, включающий
a) предоставление губки, содержащей матрицу из биоматериала в высушенном виде,
b) предоставление одного реакционноспособного полимерного материала в виде сухого порошка,
c) контактирование а) и b) таким образом, что материал из b) присутствует, по меньшей мере, на одной поверхности указанной губки, и
d) фиксирование материала из b) на губке из а).
11. Способ по п.10, согласно которому фиксирование достигается плавлением при температуре от 30°C до 80°C, предпочтительно от 60°C до 65°C, в течение периода времени, достаточного для фиксирования, предпочтительно от 1 минуты до 10 минут, в частности около 4 минут.
12. Способ изготовления гемостатической губки, включающий
a) предоставление губки, содержащей матрицу из биоматериала в высушенном виде,
b) предоставление одного реакционноспособного полимерного материала в виде раствора,
c) контактирование а) и b) таким образом, что материал а) пропитывается b), и
d) высушивание материала, полученного на стадии с).
13. Губка, полученная по любому из пп.10-12.
14. Гемостатический композит, содержащий гемостатический материал и гидрофильный полимерный сшиватель с реакционноспособными группами, причем указанный композит содержит поры, которые предоставляют внешним жидкостям, в частности крови человека, доступ в указанный композит.
15. Гемостатический композит по п.14, в котором указанный гемостатический материал представляет собой нетканый или тканый материал из гемостатического волокна или пористую гемостатическую губку.
16. Гемостатический композит по п.14 или 15, в котором указанный гемостатический материал представляет собой коллагеновую губку, ткань из окисленной регенерированной целлюлозы, фибриновую губку или желатиновую губку.
17. Гемостатический композит по п.14 или 15, в котором указанный гидрофильный полимерный сшивающий агент с реакционно-способными группами является полиэтиленгликолем (PEG), предпочтительно PEG, содержащим две или более реакционноспособные группы, выбранные из числа сукцинимидилэфиров (-CON(COCH2)2), альдегидов (-CHO) и изоцианатов (-N=C=O), особенно предпочтительно сукцинимидилэфиров.
