Abstract
1. Гибкий листовой материал, предназначенный для ограничения пространства подачи матричного материала при вакуумном получении деталей из армированной волокнами пластмассы из заготовок из волокнистого композита, причем гибкий листовой материал содержит текстильный слой, а также газопроницаемый, но непроницаемый для матричного материала барьерный слой для матричного материала, которым покрыт текстильный слой и который состоит из пены или сухой пасты, которая, по меньшей мере, в основном, получена с одним или несколькими из следующих веществ: полиуретан, фторполимеры, акрилат, стиролакрилат, бутадиен-нитрильный латекс, бутадиен-стирольный латекс, этиленвинилацетат, поливинилацетат, силикон, сополимеры вышеуказанных веществ, плюс добавки, причем барьерный слой для матричного материала имеет плотность сухого покрытия 10-120 г/м.2. Гибкий листовой материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что текстильный слой является тканью, вязанным, трикотажным, нетканым материалом или войлоком и, по меньшей мере, в основном, состоит из одного или нескольких из следующих материалов: сложный полиэфир, полиамид, арамидное волокно, стекловолокно, полиакрил, полипропилен, полиэтилен, вискоза, целлюлоза, хлопок.3. Способ получения гибкого листового материала, предназначенного для ограничения пространства подачи матричного материала при вакуумном процессе получения армированных волокнами пластмассовых деталей из заготовок из волокнистого композита, отличающийся тем, что он содержит следующие этапы:- получение пены или пасты, по меньшей мере, в основном, из одного или нескольких из следующих веществ: полиуретан, фторполимеры, акрилат, ст�
Claims (14)
1. Гибкий листовой материал, предназначенный для ограничения пространства подачи матричного материала при вакуумном получении деталей из армированной волокнами пластмассы из заготовок из волокнистого композита, причем гибкий листовой материал содержит текстильный слой, а также газопроницаемый, но непроницаемый для матричного материала барьерный слой для матричного материала, которым покрыт текстильный слой и который состоит из пены или сухой пасты, которая, по меньшей мере, в основном, получена с одним или несколькими из следующих веществ: полиуретан, фторполимеры, акрилат, стиролакрилат, бутадиен-нитрильный латекс, бутадиен-стирольный латекс, этиленвинилацетат, поливинилацетат, силикон, сополимеры вышеуказанных веществ, плюс добавки, причем барьерный слой для матричного материала имеет плотность сухого покрытия 10-120 г/м2.
2. Гибкий листовой материал по п.1, отличающийся тем, что текстильный слой является тканью, вязанным, трикотажным, нетканым материалом или войлоком и, по меньшей мере, в основном, состоит из одного или нескольких из следующих материалов: сложный полиэфир, полиамид, арамидное волокно, стекловолокно, полиакрил, полипропилен, полиэтилен, вискоза, целлюлоза, хлопок.
3. Способ получения гибкого листового материала, предназначенного для ограничения пространства подачи матричного материала при вакуумном процессе получения армированных волокнами пластмассовых деталей из заготовок из волокнистого композита, отличающийся тем, что он содержит следующие этапы:
- получение пены или пасты, по меньшей мере, в основном, из одного или нескольких из следующих веществ: полиуретан, фторполимеры, акрилат, стиролакрилат, бутадиен-нитрильный латекс, бутадиен-стирольный латекс, этиленвинилацетат, поливинилацетат, силикон, сополимеры вышеуказанных веществ, плюс добавки,
- покрытие текстильного слоя пеной или пастой таким образом, что пена или паста образуют газопроницаемый, но не проницаемый для матричного материала барьерный слой для матричного материала, плотность сухого покрытия которого составляет 10-120 г/м2.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что слой пены или пасты при повышенной температуре и повышенном давлении уплотняют посредством устройства каландрования для целенаправленного воздействия на характеристики газопроницаемости и/или непроницаемости для матричного материала.
5. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что пена при нанесении текстильного слоя имеет вес 100-900 г/л.
6. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что пена при нанесении на текстильный слой имеет вес 200-350 г/л, причем плотность сухого покрытия составляет 30-40 г/м2.
7. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что текстильный слой покрывают водной пастой, причем плотность сухого покрытия составляет 35-45 г/м2.
8. Способ по п.3 или 4, что текстильный слой покрывают содержащей растворитель пастой, причем плотность сухого покрытия составляет 40-50 г/м2.
9. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что текстильный слой перед его покрытием предварительно обрабатывается присадками, которые получены из водных или органических растворов и содержат одно или несколько из следующих веществ: фторуглеродные смолы, пропиточные смолы, ПАВы, производные кремниевого золя, промоторы адгезии.
10. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют коагуляционное покрытие текстильного слоя водно-дисперсионной пастой, пеной или пастой на основе растворителя, причем на текстильный слой перед его покрытием наносят электролитические соли, химические присадки или добавки с другими ионами, чтобы вызвать реакции осаждения в материале покрытия.
11. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют коагуляционное покрытие текстильного слоя водно-дисперсионной пастой, пеной или пастой на основе растворителя, причем снабженный покрытием листовой материал подвергают последующей дополнительной обработке подщелачиванием или отщеплением кислоты из водных ванн, чтобы создать пористость в полимерной пленке.
12. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что осуществляют экстракционное покрытие текстильного слоя водно-дисперсионной пастой, пеной или пастой на основе растворителя, причем материал покрытия содержит присадки, которые можно снова частично или полностью экстрагировать из материала покрытия посредством дополнительной обработки покрытого листового материала.
13. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что пену или пасту наносят на текстильный слой для осаждения/коагуляции за счет термочувствительности.
14. Способ по п.3 или 4, отличающийся тем, что пену или пасту наносят на текстильный слой для осаждения/коагуляции в результате возникающей при сушке нестабильности.
