Claims (17)
- 材料供給空間内に配置される繊維複合体半製品から繊維強化された合成樹脂製の構成材を真空支援により製造する材料供給空間を形成する可撓性の被覆材において、
可撓性の被覆材は、繊維層と、繊維層の少なくとも片側を被覆する母材材料遮断層とを有し、
母材材料遮断層は、アクリレート及びスチレンアクリレートから選択される1種又は2種以上と、混和材としてのケイ酸誘導体とを主成分として含み、母材材料遮断層は、気体を透過しかつ母材材料を透過しないことを特徴とする可撓性被覆材。 - ポリエステル、ポリアミド、アラミド、ガラス繊維、ポリアクリル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ビスコース、セルロース、木綿から選択される1種又は2種以上を主成分とする織物、ニット、編物、フリース又はフェルトにより繊維層を構成した請求項1に記載の可撓性被覆材。
- 繊維層と、繊維層を被覆する母材材料遮断層とを備え、繊維複合体半製品を配置する母材材料供給空間を形成する可撓性の被覆材を製造する方法において、
アクリレート及びスチレンアクリレートから選択される1種又は2種以上と、混和材としてのケイ酸誘導体とを主成分とする泡又はペーストを生成する工程と、
得られた泡又はペーストを繊維層の少なくとも片側に直接塗布して、繊維層上に泡層又はペースト層の母材材料遮断層を形成する工程とを含み、
母材材料遮断層は、気体を透過しかつ母材材料を透過しないことを特徴とする可撓性被覆材の製造法。 - 上昇温度及び増大圧力下で光沢機により泡層又はペースト層を圧縮して、被覆材の気体透過特性及び母材材料不透過性の一方又は両方を調節する工程を含む請求項3に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 水性重合体分散体から泡又はペーストを生成する工程を含む請求項3又は4に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 100−900g/lの泡を乾燥被覆層重量10−120g/m2で繊維層上に塗布する工程を含む請求項5に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 200−350g/lの泡を乾燥被覆層重量30−40g/m2で繊維層上に塗布する工程を含む請求項5又は6に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 乾燥被覆層重量10−120g/m2で水性ペーストにより繊維層を被覆する工程を含む請求項5に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 乾燥被覆層重量35−45g/m2で水性ペーストにより繊維層を被覆する工程を含む請求項5又は8に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 溶剤を含む重合体からペーストを生成する工程を含む請求項3又は4に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 乾燥被覆層重量10−120g/m2で溶剤含有ペーストにより繊維層を被覆する工程を含む請求項10に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 乾燥被覆層重量40−50g/m2で溶剤含有ペーストにより繊維層を被覆する工程を含む請求項10又は11に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- フルオロカーボン樹脂、含浸樹脂、界面活性剤、ケイ酸ゾル誘導体、付着促進剤から選択される1種又は2種以上を含む水性又は有機の溶液により生成される添加剤により繊維層を被覆前に前処理する工程を含む請求項3〜12の何れか1項に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 水性分散体(分散液)ペースト、泡又は溶剤型ペーストによる繊維層の凝固被覆を行ない、繊維上に被覆前に、電解質塩、化学的添加剤又は被覆材料内に沈殿反応を生ずる添加剤を塗布する工程を含む請求項5〜13の何れか1項に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 水性分散体(分散液)ペースト、泡又は溶剤型ペーストによる繊維層の抽出被覆を行ない、被覆材料は、添加剤を含み、後処理により、被覆材料から再び部分的又は完全に添加剤を抽出する工程を含む請求項5〜13の何れか1項に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 感熱沈殿又は凝固のために繊維層上に泡又はペーストを塗布する工程を含む請求項3〜14の何れか1項に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
- 泡又はペーストが乾燥する間に被覆材料の個別成分の非融和性に基づいて発生する不安定現象により繊維層上に塗布した泡又はペーストを沈殿又は凝固させる工程を含む請求項3〜14の何れか1項に記載の可撓性被覆材の製造法。
