Abstract
1. 1. Композиция, содержащая, в пересчете на общий вес композиции:
a) от примерно 0,1% до примерно 50% поверхностно-активного вещества, выбранного из группы, состоящей из анионных, катионных, амфотерных, цвиттерионных, неионных поверхностно-активных веществ и их комбинаций; и
b) от примерно 0,01% до примерно 20% статистического или блочного органосиликонового полимера, имеющего следующую формулу:

где каждый v в указанном органосиликоне обозначает целое число от 1 до примерно 10, и сумма всех индексов v в каждом Q в указанном органосиликоне равна целому числу от 1 до примерно 30.
2. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что органосиликоновый полимер описывается следующей формулой:
[R1R2R3SiO1/2](j+2)[R4R4SiO2/2]m[R4SiO3/2]j,
R1 и R2 каждый независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из Н, ОН, С1-С32 алкила, С1-С32 алкокси, предпочтительно, R1 и R2 каждый независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из метила, -ОСН3 или -ОС2Н5, более предпочтительно, R1 и R2 обозначают метил; и R3 представляет собой -X-Z, j обозначает целое число, выбранное из диапазона значений от 0 до примерно 48, и все другие индексы и фрагменты имеют значения, указанные в п.1.
4. Композиция по п.3, отличающаяся тем, что для указанного органосиликонового полимера по меньшей мере один Q в указанном органосиликоновом полимере независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из
; ; ; ; ; ; ; , и каждый дополнительный Q в указанном органосиликоне независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из Н, С1-С32 алкила, С1-С32 замещенного алкила, С5-С32 или С6-С32 арила, С5-С32 или С6-С32 замещенного арила, С6-С32 алкиларила, С6-С32 замещенного алкиларила; ; ; ; ; ; ; ; , и все другие индексы и фрагменты имеют значения, указанные в п.3.
5. Композиция по п.4, отличающаяся тем, что указанный органосиликоновый полимер имеет структуру, выбранную из:

6. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит материал, выбранный из ароматизатора, системы доставки ароматизатора, оптического осветлителя, фермента, добавки, усиливающей осаждение, структурообразователя, активного вещества мягчителя тканей, органосиликона и их смесей.
7. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что содержит анионное поверхностно-активное вещество.
8. Композиция по п.7, отличающаяся тем, что указанное анионное поверхностно-активное вещество выбирают из группы, состоящей из С11-C18 алкилбензолсульфонатного поверхностно-активного вещества; С10-С20 алкилсульфатного поверхностно-активного вещества; С10-C18 алкилалкоксисульфатного поверхностно-активного вещества, причем указанное C10-C18 алкилалкоксисульфатное поверхностно-активное вещество имеет среднюю степень алкоксилирования от 1 до 30 и алкокси содержит С1-С4 цепь, и их смесей.
9. Композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что указанное активное вещество мягчителя тканей выбирают из группы, состоящей из полиглицериновых сложных эфиров, масляных производных сахаров, восковых эмульсий, N,N-бис(стеароилоксиэтил)-N,N-диметиламмония хлорида, N,N-бис(таллоуилоксиэтил)-N,N-диметиламмония хлорида, N,N-бис(стеароилоксиэтил)-N-(2-гидроксиэтил)-N-метиламмония метилсульфата и их смесей.
10. Композиция по п.6, отличающаяся тем, что указанный полимер, усиливающий осаждение, содержит катионный полимер, имеющий катионный заряд от примерно 0,005 м-экв/г до примерно 23 м-экв/г, от примерно 0,01 м-экв/г до примерно 12 м-экв/г, от примерно 0,1 м-экв/г до примерно 7 м-экв/г, при рН указанной композиции.
11. Композиция, содержащая, в пересчете на общий вес композиции:
a) от примерно 0,1% до примерно 50% поверхностно-активного вещества, выбранного из группы, состоящей из анионных, катионных, амфотерных, цвиттерионных, неионных поверхностно-активных веществ и их комбинаций; и
b) от примерно 0,2% до 8% статистического или блочного органосиликонового полимера, имеющего следующую формулу:
[R1R2R3SiO1/2](j+2)[(R4Si(X-Z)O2/2]k[R4R4SiO2/2]m[R4SiO3/2]j,
в которой j равен 0;
k обозначает целое число от 0 до примерно 50; в тех случаях, когда k=0, по меньшей мере один из R1, R2 или R3 представляет собой -X-Z;
m обозначает целое число от примерно 50 до примерно 2000;
R1, R2 и R3 каждый независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из Н, ОН, С1-С32 алкила, С1-С32 замещенного алкила, С5-С32 или С6-С32 арила, C5-C32 или С6-С32 замещенного арила, С6-С32 алкиларила, С6-С32 замещенного алкиларила, С1-С32 алкокси, С1-С32 замещенного алкокси и X-Z;

каждый Х содержит замещенный двухвалентный алкиленовый радикал, независимо выбранный из группы, состоящей из -СН2-СН(ОН)-СН2-; -СН2-СН2-СН(ОН)-; и ;
каждый Z независимо выбирают из группы, состоящей из , , , , , ; и , при условии, что тех случаях, когда Z является кватернизированным (quat), Q не может быть амидным, иминовым или мочевинным фрагментом, и если Q представляет собой амидный, иминовый или мочевинный фрагмент, то любой дополнительный Q, связанный с тем же самым азотом, что и указанный амидный, иминовый или мочевинный фрагмент, должен представлять собой Н;

где каждый v в указанном органосиликоне обозначает целое число от 1 до примерно 5 и сумма всех индексов v в каждом Q в указанном органосиликоне равна целому числу от 1 до примерно 10.
12. Композиция по п.1, отличающаяся тем, что указанный органосиликоновый полимер, в тех случаях, когда он находится в форме эмульсии, имеет величину тау, равную примерно 10 или меньше.
13. Композиция по п.12, отличающаяся тем, что указанный органосиликоновый полимер, в тех случаях, когда он находится в форме эмульсии, имеет величину тау от менее 5 до примерно 0,5.
14. Композиция, содержащая органосиликоновый полимер в форме эмульсии, имеющей величину тау, равную примерно 10 или меньше, причем указанный органосиликоновый полимер имеет содержание первичных и вторичных аминов примерно 0,6 ммоль на грамм или меньше.
15. Композиция, содержащая органосиликоновый полимер в форме эмульсии, имеющей величину тау от менее 5 до примерно 0,5, причем указанный органосиликоновый полимер имеет содержание первичных и вторичных аминов от примерно 0,2 ммоль/г до примерно 0,01 ммоль/г.
16. Способ обработки и/или очистки места применения, включающий стадии, на которых:
a) необязательно, стирают и/или промывают указанное место применения;
b) вводят в контакт указанное место применения с композицией по любому из пп.1-15; и
c) необязательно, стирают и/или промывают указанное место применения.
17. Способ получения модифицированного органосиликона, включающий стадии, на которых:
а) объединяют аминосиликон с эпоксидом и катализатором, содержащим протолитический растворитель, с образованием первой смеси;
b) нагревают указанную первую смесь до температуры от примерно 20°С до примерно 200°С и поддерживают указанную температуру в течение периода времени от примерно 1 часа до примерно 48 часов, с образованием модифицированного органосиликона, который может необязательно содержать примеси; и
c) необязательно, очищают указанную первую смесь.
18. Способ получения модифицированного органосиликона, включающий стадии, на которых:
a) объединяют аминосиликон, содержащий аминопропилметилсилоксан-диметилсилоксановый сополимер, с эпоксидом и катализатором, содержащим протолитический растворитель, с образованием первой смеси;
b) нагревают указанную первую смесь до температуры от примерно 40°С до примерно 60°С и поддерживают указанную температуру в течение периода времени от примерно 2 часов до примерно 10 часов, с образованием модифицированного органосиликона, который может необязательно содержать примеси; и
c) необязательно, очищают указанную первую смесь, причем указанная очистка включает экстракцию жидкостью, содержащей материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды, метанола и их смесей.
19. Способ получения модифицированного органосиликона, включающий стадии, на которых:
a) объединяют аминосиликон с эпоксидсодержащим глицидным спиртом, с образованием первой смеси;
b) нагревают указанную первую смесь до температуры от примерно 20°С до примерно 100°С и поддерживают указанную температуру в течение периода времени от примерно 1 часа до примерно 48 часов с образованием модифицированного органосиликона, который может необязательно содержать примеси; и
c) необязательно, очищают указанную первую смесь.
20. Способ получения модифицированного органосиликона, включающий стадии, на которых:
a) объединяют аминосиликон, содержащий аминопропилметилсилоксан-диметилсилоксановый сополимер, с эпоксидсодержащим глицидным спиртом, с образованием первой смеси;
b) нагревают указанную первую смесь до температуры от примерно 40°С до примерно 60°С и поддерживают указанную температуру в течение периода времени от примерно 2 часов до примерно 10 часов, с образованием модифицированного органосиликона, который может необязательно содержать примеси; и
c) необязательно, очищают указанную первую смесь, причем указанная очистка включает экстракцию жидкостью, содержащей материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из воды, метанола и их смесей.
