Abstract
1. Машина для получения твердой лекарственной формы, содержащая:(a) плиту пресс-формы, имеющую одну или несколько формовочных полостей, каждая из которых имеет внутреннюю стенку, первое отверстие на поверхности с одной стороны указанной плиты пресс-формы и второе отверстие на поверхности с противоположной стороны указанной пресс-формы;(b) одно или несколько первых формовочных устройств, каждое из которых выполнено с возможностью перемещения внутрь одной из указанных полостей через первое отверстие указанной формовочной полости;(c) одно или несколько вторых формовочных устройств, каждое из которых выполнено с возможностью перемещения к одному из указанных вторых отверстий или внутрь одной из указанных полостей через второе отверстие указанной формовочной полости;(d) по меньшей мере один первый РЧ-электрод, в рабочем состоянии соединенный с указанными одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, указанными одним или несколькими вторыми формовочными устройствами или указанной внутренней стенкой указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей; и(e) по меньшей мере один второй РЧ-электрод, в рабочем состоянии соединенный с указанными одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, указанными одним или несколькими вторыми формовочными устройствами или указанной внутренней стенкой указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей;причем указанная машина выполнена с возможностью формирования лекарственной формы между первым формовочным устройством и вторым формовочным устройством внутри формовочной полости, и при этом указанный первый РЧ-электрод и указанный второй РЧ-элек�
Claims (21)
1. Машина для получения твердой лекарственной формы, содержащая:
(a) плиту пресс-формы, имеющую одну или несколько формовочных полостей, каждая из которых имеет внутреннюю стенку, первое отверстие на поверхности с одной стороны указанной плиты пресс-формы и второе отверстие на поверхности с противоположной стороны указанной пресс-формы;
(b) одно или несколько первых формовочных устройств, каждое из которых выполнено с возможностью перемещения внутрь одной из указанных полостей через первое отверстие указанной формовочной полости;
(c) одно или несколько вторых формовочных устройств, каждое из которых выполнено с возможностью перемещения к одному из указанных вторых отверстий или внутрь одной из указанных полостей через второе отверстие указанной формовочной полости;
(d) по меньшей мере один первый РЧ-электрод, в рабочем состоянии соединенный с указанными одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, указанными одним или несколькими вторыми формовочными устройствами или указанной внутренней стенкой указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей; и
(e) по меньшей мере один второй РЧ-электрод, в рабочем состоянии соединенный с указанными одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, указанными одним или несколькими вторыми формовочными устройствами или указанной внутренней стенкой указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей;
причем указанная машина выполнена с возможностью формирования лекарственной формы между первым формовочным устройством и вторым формовочным устройством внутри формовочной полости, и при этом указанный первый РЧ-электрод и указанный второй РЧ-электрод расположены внутри указанной машины таким образом, что когда РЧ-излучение проходит между указанным первым РЧ-электродом и указанным вторым РЧ-электродом, указанное РЧ-излучение проходит через часть указанной формовочной полости, выполненную с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы.
2. Машина по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая источник РЧ-излучения, соединенный с указанным первым РЧ-электродом и указанным вторым РЧ-электродом.
3. Машина по п. 1, в которой указанный первый РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, указанный второй РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным одним или несколькими вторыми формовочными устройствами, и часть внутренней стенки указанной формовочной полости, выполненная с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы, является изолирующей по отношению к указанному РЧ-излучению.
4. Машина по п. 3, в которой только часть поверхности указанного первого формовочного устройства, выполненная с возможностью контакта с указанной лекарственной формой, в рабочем состоянии соединена с указанным первым РЧ-электродом.
5. Машина по п. 1, в которой указанный первый РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным одним или несколькими первыми формовочными устройствами, а указанный второй РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с частью указанной внутренней стенки указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей, выполненной с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы.

Машина по п. 1, в которой указанный первый РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с первой частью указанной внутренней стенки указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей, выполненной с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы, а второй РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен со второй частью указанной внутренней стенки указанной одной или нескольких формовочных полостей, выполненной с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы.
7. Машина по п. 1, в которой одно или несколько указанных первых формовочных устройств и одно или несколько указанных вторых формовочных устройств подвергаются нагреву и (или) плита пресс-формы подвергается нагреву.
8. Машина по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая дозатор, выполненный с возможностью подачи порошковых смесей в одну или несколько указанных формовочных полостей.
9. Машина по п. 1, дополнительно содержащая дозатор, выполненный с возможностью загрузки порошковой смеси в одну или несколько указанных формовочных полостей.
10. Машина по п. 1, в которой указанная плита пресс-формы содержит по меньшей мере шесть указанных формовочных полостей.
11. Способ изготовления твердой лекарственной формы с использованием машины по п. 1, включающий этапы, на которых:
(a) загружают порошковую смесь в формовочную полость;
(b) перемещают первое формовочное устройство в указанную формовочную полость через первое отверстие указанной формовочной полости таким образом, чтобы придать указанной порошковой смеси конфигурацию указанной лекарственной формы внутри указанной формовочной полости между указанным первым формовочным устройством и вторым формовочным устройством;
(c) пропускают РЧ-излучение между указанным первым электродом и указанным вторым электродом, при этом упомянутое излучение нагревает указанную порошковую смесь внутри указанной формовочной полости для образования указанной лекарственной формы; и
(d) извлекают указанную лекарственную форму из указанной формовочной полости.
12. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанное пропускаемое РЧ-излучение имеет частоту в диапазоне от приблизительно 1 МГц до приблизительно 50 МГц.
13. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанное первое формовочное устройство и указанное второе формовочное устройство не контактируют с указанной заготовкой указанной лекарственной формы в момент воздействия указанного РЧ-излучения.
14. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанный первый РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным первым формовочным устройством, указанный второй РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным вторым формовочным устройством, и часть внутренней стенки указанной формовочной полости, выполненная с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы, является изолирующей по отношению к указанному РЧ-излучению.
15. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанный первый РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с указанным первым формовочным устройством, а второй РЧ-электрод в рабочем состоянии соединен с частью указанной внутренней стенки указанной формовочной полости, выполненной с возможностью формирования указанной лекарственной формы.
16. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанную порошковую смесь загружают из дозатора по меньшей мере в одну из указанных одной или нескольких формовочных полостей.
17. Способ по п. 11, в котором одно из указанных формовочных устройств извлекает указанную лекарственную форму из указанной формовочной полости.
18. Способ по п. 17, в котором указанные лекарственные формы помещают после указанного извлечения из указанной формовочной полости в блистер-упаковку.
19. Способ по п. 11, в котором указанное второе формовочное устройство перемещают внутри указанной формовочной полости для регулирования количества порошковой смеси, загружаемой в указанную формовочную полость.
20. Способ по п. 11, дополнительно включающий загрузку второй порошковой смеси в указанную формовочную полость, причем указанная вторая порошковая смесь отличается от указанной порошковой смеси.
21. Способ по п. 11, в котором поверхность указанной таблетки дополнительно подвергают воздействию инфракрасного излучения с длиной волны в диапазоне от приблизительно 0,5 до приблизительно 5 микрометров.
