Abstract

Μια επιτραπέζια συσκευή για σύνθεση και πυροσυσσωμάτωση κόνεων ως μέσο για την μελέτη και παραγωγή νέων ενεργειακών υλικών. Ένα συμπαγές επιτραπέζιο σύστημα για σύνθεση και μορφοποίηση-πυροσυσσωμάτωση, ευέλικτο, απλό στην λειτουργία, αξιόπιστο και με χαμηλό κόστος κτήσης, που θα βοηθήσει να επιταχυνθεί η έρευνα των προηγμένων υλικών. Τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά α) εφαρμοζόμενη δύναμη 1-100 κΝ, β) ρυθμός θέρμανσης έως 500 βαθμούς Κελσίου / λεπτό και Tmax περίπου 1300 βαθμούς Κελσίου, γ) με διάμετρο δείγματος 5-25 mm, d) χρόνος για μορφοποίηση-πυροσυσσωμάτωση μικρότερη από 5 min για τα περισσότερα από τα υλικά, ε) με αυτόματο έλεγχο της πίεσης, της θερμοκρασίας και κενού με συν πλην 5% των προεπιλεγμένων τιμών, καθιστώντας το κάθε μέρα ένα απαραίτητο εργαλείο σε ερευνητικά εργαστήρια των ΑΕΙ, ερευνητικά Κέντρα και σε εργαστήρια Ε & Α των ΜΜΕ επιχειρήσεων.
