Abstract

Composicion de pastilla para chupar, oral, que comprende: (a) un componente de gránulo patron que comprende: al menos un agente tampon alcalino; al menos un modificador de la disolucion y al menos una carga; (b) un principio activo de nicotina y al menos un agente tampon alcalino. Comprende niveles reducidos de agentes tampon, proporciona un pH oral optimo y absorcion rápida de la nicotina, en una forma farmacéutica más conveniente y más pequena que las pastillas de nicotina tradicionales y tiene aceptacion mejorada del usuario. Procedimiento de preparacion de dicha composicion. Reivindicacion 3: La composicion de pastilla para chupar, oral, segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque al menos un modificador de la disolucion se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: goma arábiga, agar, ácido algínico o una sal del mismo, carbomer, carboximetilcelulosa, carragenano, celulosa, quitosán, copovidona, ciclodextrinas, etilcelulosa, gelatina, goma guar, hidroxietilcelulosa, hidroxietilmetilcelulosa, hidroxipropilcelulosa, hipromelosa, inulina, metilcelulosa, pectina, policarbofil o una sal del mismo, polietilenglicol, poli(oxido de etileno), alcohol polivinílico, pullulan, almidon, tragacanto, trehalosa, goma xantana y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicacion 7: La composicion de pastilla para chupar, oral, segun la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el principio activo de nicotina es polacrilex de nicotina.
