Claims (20)
1. Катализатор, практически свободен от Cu и Zn, содержащий:
а. первый металл, выбранный из Pt или Pd;
б. элемент для образования сплава, выбранный из группы, содержащей Sc, Hf, V, Nb, Та, Ru, Os3 Со, Rh, Ir, Ni, В, Al, Ga, In, Ti, C, Si, Ge, Sn и Pb; и
в. по меньшей мере, один активирующий элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей Li, Na, К, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Fe, La, Y, Zr и их комбинации.

18. Катализатор по п.17, отличающийся тем, что подложкой является CeO2.
19. Способ изготовления катализатора, содержащего:
а. первый металл, выбранный из Pt или Pd;
б. элемент для образования сплава, выбранный из группы, содержащей Sc, Hf, V, Nb, Та, Ru, Os3 Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, B, Al, Ga, In, Ti, C, Si, Ge, Sn и Pb; и
в. по меньшей мере, один активирующий элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ва, Fe, La, Y, Zr и их комбинации;
включающий
а. изготовление первого водного раствора комплекса или соли указанного первого металла, комплекса или соли указанного элемента для образования сплава и комплекса или соли указанного, по меньшей мере, одного активатора;
б. изготовление второго водного раствора, содержащего углекислый натрий и дополнительно мочевину;
в. добавление к указанному второму водному раствору подложки для образования суспензии;
г. смешение указанного первого водного раствора с указанной суспензией для формирования второй суспензии;
д. измельчение указанной суспензии;
е. сушку указанной суспензии для образования предшественника катализатора; и
ж. обжиг указанного предшественника катализатора для образования указанного катализатора.
20. Способ реформинга метанола и пара в водород, включающий:
а. нагрев водного раствора метанола для образования водного пара метанола;
б. подачу указанного пара в установку реформинга метанола, содержащую катализатор реформинга водного раствора метанола, нагретый до, по меньшей мере, около 200°С; и
в. контактирование указанного пара с указанным нагретым катализатором; при этом указанный нагретый катализатор свободен от Cu и Zn и содержит:
г. первый металл, выбранный из Pt или Pd;
д. элемент для образования сплава, выбранный из группы, содержащей Sc, Hf, V, Nb, Та, Ru, Os3 Co, Rh, Ir, Ni, B, Al, Ga, In, Ti, C, Si, Ge, Sn и Pb; и
е. по меньшей мере, один активирующий элемент, выбранный из группы, содержащей Li, Na, К, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Fe, La, Y, Zr и их комбинации.
