Abstract

1. Спеченная частица, имеющая соотношение между ее наименьшим диаметром и наибольшим диаметром больше, чем 0,6 и обладающая следующим химическим составом, мас.%: ZrO, частично стабилизированный CeOи YO: дополнение до 100 мас.%; AlO: 10-60 мас.%; добавки, выбранные из CaO, оксида марганца, LaO, SrO, BaO, и их смесей: 0,2-6 мас.%; причем количество CaO меньше, чем 2 мас.%; примеси <2 мас.%; причем оксид циркония стабилизирован CeOи YO, присутствующими в мольных количествах, выраженных как мол.% от суммы ZrO, CeOи YO, таких, что: CeO6-11 мол.%; и YO0,5-2 мол.%; причем частицу получают спеканием при температуре выше 1300°C, причем температура спекания выше 1400°C, если добавкой является CaO или мольное содержание CeOнаходится в интервале от 10 мол.% до 11 мол.%.2. Спеченная частица по п.1, где указанное содержание CeOменьше, чем 10 мол.% и больше, чем 7 мол.%.3. Claims (23)

1. Спеченная частица, имеющая соотношение между ее наименьшим диаметром и наибольшим диаметром больше, чем 0,6 и обладающая следующим химическим составом, мас.%: ZrO2, частично стабилизированный CeO2 и Y2O3: дополнение до 100 мас.%; Al2O3: 10-60 мас.%; добавки, выбранные из CaO, оксида марганца, La2O3, SrO, BaO, и их смесей: 0,2-6 мас.%; причем количество CaO меньше, чем 2 мас.%; примеси <2 мас.%; причем оксид циркония стабилизирован CeO2 и Y2O3, присутствующими в мольных количествах, выраженных как мол.% от суммы ZrO2, CeO2 и Y2O3, таких, что: CeO2 6-11 мол.%; и Y2O3 0,5-2 мол.%; причем частицу получают спеканием при температуре выше 1300°C, причем температура спекания выше 1400°C, если добавкой является CaO или мольное содержание CeO2 находится в интервале от 10 мол.% до 11 мол.%.

6. Спеченная частица по п.5, где содержание оксида алюминия, Al2O3 составляет больше, чем 20 мас.% и меньше, чем 40 мас.%, выраженное в мас.% от оксидов.
7. Спеченная частица по п.1, где добавки выбраны из CaO, MnO, MnO2, Mn2O3, Mn3O4, La2O3, SrO и их смесей.
8. Спеченная частица по п.7, где добавки выбраны из CaO, MnO, Mn3O4 и их смесей.
9. Спеченная частица по п.8, где добавка представляет собой смесь CaO с MnO и/или Mn3O4.
10. Спеченная частица по п.1, где содержание добавки составляет больше, чем 0,4 мас.% и меньше, чем 5 мас.%, выраженное в мас.% от оксидов.

12. Спеченная частица по п.1, где содержание добавки составляет меньше, чем 4,0 мас.%, выраженное в мас.% от оксидов.
13. Спеченная частица по п.1, где добавка включает СаО, причем количество CaO составляет больше, чем 0,3 мас.% и меньше, чем 1,5 мас.%, выраженное в мас.% от оксидов.
14. Спеченная частица по п.1, где количество примесей меньше чем 1%.
15. Спеченная частица по п.1 в форме гранулы со сферичностью большей, чем 0,7.
16. Спеченная частица по п.1, имеющая зерна удлиненной формы, причем количество зерен удлиненной формы, измеренное методом рентгеновской дифракции, находится в интервале от 0,05% до 5%.
17. Спеченная частица по п.1, где более 80 об.% оксида циркония находятся в виде тетрагональной фазы.
18. Спеченная частица по п.1, изготовленная способом, включающим стадию капельного литья.
19. Смесь частиц, включающая частицы ZrO2, Al2O3, CeO2, Y2O3 и добавку, выбранную из CaO, и/или оксида марганца, и/или La2O3, и/или SrO, и/или ВаО, и/или частиц прекурсоров указанных оксидов, в таких пропорциях, что при спекании указанной смеси частиц получается спеченная частица по п.1.
20. Смесь частиц по п.19, отличающаяся тем, что медианный размер составляет меньше, чем 1 мкм.
21. Смесь частиц по п.20, отличающаяся тем, что медианный размер составляет меньше, чем 0,3 мкм.
22. Мельница, содержащая спеченные частицы по п.1 или частицы, полученные из смеси частиц по п.19.
23. Применение спеченных частиц по п.1 или частиц, полученных из смеси частиц по п.19, в качестве мелющей среды.
