Abstract
1. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, с многослойной структурой, включающее по меньшей мере один слой композиции барьерного полимера, включающей (А) от 10 до 70% по массе полиамидного полимера, включающего диаминный структурный блок, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными мета-ксилилендиамина, и структурный блок дикарбоновой кислоты, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащей линейную алифатическую α,ω-дикарбоновую С-С-кислоту и изофталевую кислоту в молярном отношении от 30:70 до 100:0, (В) от 90 до 30% по массе модифицированного полиолефина и (С) от 0 до 50% по массе полиолефина.2. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, включающее (А) от 10 до 60% по массе полиамидного полимера, включающего диаминный структурный блок, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными мета-ксилилендиамина, и структурный блок дикарбоновой кислоты, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащей линейную алифатическую α,ω-дикарбоновую С-С-кислоту и изофталевую кислоту в молярном отношении от 30:70 до 100:0; и (Е) от 40 до 90% по массе смешанного полиолефина, включающего (С) от 40 до 100% по массе полиолефина, и (В) от 0 до 60% по массе модифицированного полиолефина, в котором по меньшей мере часть полиамидного полимера (А) диспергирована, будучи в слоистом состоянии.3. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, по п.1, в котором полиамид (А) имеет относительную вязкость 2,5 или более, по измерению при температуре 25°С в 96%-ной по массе концентрированной серной кислоте в качестве растворителя, при концентрации 1 г/100 мл.4. Claims (6)
1. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, с многослойной структурой, включающее по меньшей мере один слой композиции барьерного полимера, включающей (А) от 10 до 70% по массе полиамидного полимера, включающего диаминный структурный блок, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными мета-ксилилендиамина, и структурный блок дикарбоновой кислоты, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащей линейную алифатическую α,ω-дикарбоновую С4-С20-кислоту и изофталевую кислоту в молярном отношении от 30:70 до 100:0, (В) от 90 до 30% по массе модифицированного полиолефина и (С) от 0 до 50% по массе полиолефина.
2. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, включающее (А) от 10 до 60% по массе полиамидного полимера, включающего диаминный структурный блок, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными мета-ксилилендиамина, и структурный блок дикарбоновой кислоты, 70 мол.% или более которого являются производными дикарбоновой кислоты, содержащей линейную алифатическую α,ω-дикарбоновую С4-С20-кислоту и изофталевую кислоту в молярном отношении от 30:70 до 100:0; и (Е) от 40 до 90% по массе смешанного полиолефина, включающего (С) от 40 до 100% по массе полиолефина, и (В) от 0 до 60% по массе модифицированного полиолефина, в котором по меньшей мере часть полиамидного полимера (А) диспергирована, будучи в слоистом состоянии.
3. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, по п.1, в котором полиамид (А) имеет относительную вязкость 2,5 или более, по измерению при температуре 25°С в 96%-ной по массе концентрированной серной кислоте в качестве растворителя, при концентрации 1 г/100 мл.
4. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, по п.1 или 2, в котором модифицированный полиолефин (В) получен путем модифицирования полиолефина (С) прививанием ненасыщенной карбоновой кислоты или ангидрида таковой.
5. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, по п.1, в котором изделие имеет многослойную структуру, в которой слой композиции барьерного полимера размещен сэндвичеобразно между слоями термопластического полимера (F), каждый из которых изготовлен из полиолефина.
6. Изделие, полученное литьевым формованием, по п.1, в котором изделие изготовлено в виде многослойного изделия, полученного литьевым формованием с растяжением путем подвергания полученного литьевым формованием многослойного изделия раздувному формованию с биаксиальным растяжением.
