Abstract
1. Углеводный гель, содержащий глюкозу и фруктозу в соотношении, величина которого находится в диапазоне от 3: 1 до 1: 1. ! 2. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеводная фракция геля содержит по меньшей мере 30% глюкозы и фруктозы, предпочтительно 50% глюкозы и фруктозы, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере 85% глюкозы и фруктозы. ! 3. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеводная фракция геля содержит декстрозу и/или мальтодекстрины. ! 4. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит менее 30 г белка в 100 г геля и/или менее 1 г жира в 100 г геля. ! 5. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он, кроме того, содержит витамины, такие как витамин С, витамин Е, витамин В2 и/или витамин В6, предпочтительно в количествах, которые соответствуют по меньшей мере 10% рекомендованной суточной дозы. ! 6. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит минеральные вещества и/или электролиты, такие как калий и натрий. ! 7. Claims (18)
1. Углеводный гель, содержащий глюкозу и фруктозу в соотношении, величина которого находится в диапазоне от 3: 1 до 1: 1.
2. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеводная фракция геля содержит по меньшей мере 30% глюкозы и фруктозы, предпочтительно 50% глюкозы и фруктозы, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере 85% глюкозы и фруктозы.
3. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что углеводная фракция геля содержит декстрозу и/или мальтодекстрины.
4. Углеводный гель по п.1, отличающийся тем, что он содержит менее 30 г белка в 100 г геля и/или менее 1 г жира в 100 г геля.
5. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он, кроме того, содержит витамины, такие как витамин С, витамин Е, витамин В2 и/или витамин В6, предпочтительно в количествах, которые соответствуют по меньшей мере 10% рекомендованной суточной дозы.
6. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит минеральные вещества и/или электролиты, такие как калий и натрий.
7. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит аминокислоты, такие как L-лейцин, L-валин и/или L-изолейцин.
8. Углеводный гель по одному из предшествующих пунктов, отличающийся тем, что он имеет энергетическую ценность 600-1500 кДж/100 г.
9. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он имеет размер порции 10-100 г, предпочтительно 20-50 г.
10. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он содержит воду в количестве 20-60 г/100 г геля.
11. Углеводный гель по одному из пп.1-3, отличающийся тем, что он дополнительно содержит одно или несколько соединений, выбранных из группы, состоящей из ароматических соединений, кофеина, женьшеня, ореха кола, консервантов, гуараны, подкислителей, связующих веществ, гелеобразующего материала, воды, фруктового сока, фруктов, антиоксидантов, красителей.
12. Применение углеводного геля по одному из пп.1-11 для приготовления пищевого продукта, предназначенного для обеспечения повышенной результативности.
13. Применение по п.12 для дополнительного обеспечения улучшенной желудочно-кишечный переносимости и/или для терапии или профилактики связанных с желудочно-кишечным трактом проблем.
14. Применение по п.13, где связанные с желудочно-кишечным трактом проблемы выбирают из проблем верхней абдоминальной области, таких как рефлюкс, изжога, вздутие живота, спазмы в верхней абдоминальной области, рвота, тошнота, проблем нижней абдоминальной области, таких как кишечные колики, метеоризм, позывы на дефекацию, боли с левой стороны живота, боли с правой стороны живота, частый жидкий стул, диарея, или системных проблем, таких как головокружение, головная боль, мышечные спазмы или позывы к мочеиспусканию.
15. Применение по одному из пп.12-14 для того, чтобы сделать возможным поддержание повышенного уровня сахара в крови в конце выполнения физических упражнений.
16. Применение по одному из пп.12-14 для того, чтобы дополнительно обеспечивать усиленное окисление экзогенных углеводов с тем, чтобы обеспечивать доставку большего количества энергии к действующим мышцам, с тем, чтобы обеспечивать более быструю доставку энергии к действующим мышцам и/или обеспечивать более постоянный подвод энергии к мышцам.
17. Применение по одному из пп.12-14 для дальнейшей терапии или профилактики признаков усталости, для увеличения частоты вращения педалей при езде на велосипеде, оцениваемой, например, в оборотах в минуту, и/или для снижения субъективно воспринимаемой напряженности (RPE).
18. Применение по одному из пп.12-14, где углеводный гель применяется в количестве, которое соответствует потреблению по меньшей мере 30 г СНО в час, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 50 г СНО в час, более предпочтительно по меньшей мере 65 г СНО в час и наиболее предпочтительно между 80 г СНО в час и 110 г СНО в час.
