Abstract
本发明公开了一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,饮料的组成成分包括水、果葡糖浆、白砂糖、结晶海藻糖、赤藓糖醇、百香果汁、菠萝果汁、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精、瓜拉纳提取物、牛磺酸、咖啡粉、甜蜜素、安赛蜜、山梨酸钾、食用盐、烟酸、维生素C、B6和B12。本发明采用上述一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,不添加任何色素,绿色安全,具有解困提神、补充能量的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及饮料技术领域,特别是涉及一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高、饮料种类的丰富,我们喝饮料的机会越来越多,尤其是孩子特别喜欢,如维生素饮料。维生素功能饮料是指通过调整饮料中营养素的成分和含量比例,营养成分为各种维生素组成,在一定程度上调节人体功能的饮料,具有提神抗疲劳之作用,现在消费者也称为维生素饮料。
但是,目前的维生素饮料都含有大量合成色素,过量合成色素进入人体体内,容易沉着在消化道黏膜上,引起食欲下降和消化不良,干扰体内多种酶的功能,并且增加肾脏过滤的负担,影响肾功能;还可妨碍神经系统的冲动引导,对新陈代谢和体格发育造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,不添加任何色素,绿色安全,具有解困提神、补充能量的功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,饮料的组成成分包括水、果葡糖浆、白砂糖、结晶海藻糖、赤藓糖醇、百香果汁、菠萝果汁、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精、瓜拉纳提取物、牛磺酸、咖啡粉、甜蜜素、安赛蜜、山梨酸钾、食用盐、烟酸、维生素C、B6和B12。
优选的,饮料的组成成分及含量为909.5kg水、64kg果葡糖浆、13kg白砂糖、1kg结晶海藻糖、1kg赤藓糖醇、2kg百香果汁、2kg菠萝果汁、3kg柠檬酸、0.5kg柠檬酸钠、1kg食用香精、1.2kg瓜拉纳提取物、0.5kg牛磺酸、0.2kg咖啡粉、0.2kg甜蜜素、0.1kg安赛蜜、0.5kg山梨酸钾、120g食用盐、18g烟酸、93g维生素C、1.6g B6和0.016g B12。
优选的,所述B6添加量为0.16mg/100ml。
优选的,所述B12添加量为0.18ug/100ml。
优选的,所述烟酸添加量为1.8mg/100ml。
优选的,所述牛磺酸添加量为40mg/100ml。
优选的,所述产品含咖啡因为75mg每瓶。
一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、称料,将饮料配制所需各组分按照比例分别称量;
S2、混料,将称量好的各组分混合,获得混合液A;
S3、溶解,将步骤S2制得的混合液A倒入煮料锅内,进行煮料,获得煮料液B,煮料温度大于90℃,加热0.5小时;
S4、过滤,将步骤S3制得的液体B倒入硅藻土过滤器内过滤浮渣;
S5、定容;
S6、理化指标检测;
S7、杀菌、灌装。
因此,本发明采用上述一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,除了补充人体所需的维生素外,其中的抗氧化成分还能清除体内垃圾,起到抗衰老的作用,能启动补充维生素和提神效果。
富含维生素B族、氨基酸、咖啡因等元素,绿色安全、具有解渴、解困提神、补充能量、恢复体力等功能作用。饮料中的维生素、氨基酸等,对于运动后快速补充身体营养、消除疲劳具有一定的作用;饮料中的咖啡因来自咖啡粉天然成品,对于熬夜的人来说,可以起到提神的作用,有助于减轻疲劳和集中精神。
本发明中的各组分作用效果如下:
维生素C:帮助人体抗氧化,促进铁的吸收,增强免疫系统功能。
烟酸(维生素B3):参与能量代谢,有效帮助身体释放能量。
B6:参与体内蛋白质代谢,帮助合成血红蛋白。
B12:参与体内生化反应,帮助身体造血机能。
结晶海藻糖、赤藓糖醇:结晶海藻糖是一种安全、可靠的天然糖类,其他糖相比,海藻糖的血糖反应更平稳,这种独有的特性结合它低致龋性和非泻下性作用,使得海藻糖极适用于按配方制造的饮料,以提供能量和减轻疲劳与压力,海藻糖在饮料品中微甜口感好,能与其他大多数增甜剂结合使用,使其甜味更完善,可全面提高产品风味;赤藓糖醇有清凉感,是天然零热量的甜味剂。
百香果汁、菠萝果汁:百香果的果汁富含人体必需的17种氨基酸及多种维生素、微量元素等多上有益成份具有消除疲劳、提神醒酒、降脂降压、等功效;菠萝果汁也含有丰富的维生素,两种果汁的结合不仅营养价值高,还可提升产品风味。
瓜拉纳:瓜拉纳是雨林药用植物、天然的果子,其营养成份价值非常高含有非常营养的氨基酸、生物碱、多种矿物质丹宁酸、多种维生素和碳水化合物,非常利于人体的组织吸收,有改变人体组织结构而延年益寿的功效,不论男女老幼都适合食用,是当今世上所发现最高营养的植物,尤其大量用脑和体力的人及机能衰退有慢性疾病的人和企求美容养颜,长期食用有提神醒脑、滋阴壮阳、控制食欲、缓解腹痛、恢复体力、补充能量、强身健体之功效。
咖啡因:是从咖啡果中提炼出来的一种生物碱,提神醒脑:会刺激脑部的中枢神经系统,延长脑部清醒的时间,使思路清晰、敏锐,且注意力较为集中,可提高工作及学习的效率;抗忧郁:少量的咖啡因可使人精神振奋,心情愉快,纾解忧郁的现象;控制体重:咖啡因能提高人体消耗热量的速率;增强身体敏捷度:咖啡因也有助于在运动时,使运动阀值隆低,增加身体的敏捷度。
牛磺酸:是一种特殊的氨基酸,是人体必不可少的一种营养元素,有着平衡健康的奇妙功效,牛磺酸可以调整心肌细胞中钙离子的量,维持其平衡,实现强心,牛磺酸对肺、肝脏、胃肠等都有保护作用。在日常生活方面,牛磺酸最显著的作用就在于增强免疫力和抗疲劳。牛磺酸可以结合白细胞中的次氯酸并生成无毒性物质,降低次氯酸对白细胞自身的破坏,从而提高人体免疫力。同时,牛磺酸能维持心脏功能,使血液循环正常化,从而消除疲劳生成物,使肌体能有效地产生能量。体内保持恒定的牛磺酸,便能有效地消除疲劳,这是维持人体健康的重要因素。

下面对本发明的实施方式做进一步的说明。
一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,饮料的组成成分及含量为909.5kg水、64kg果葡糖浆、13kg白砂糖、1kg结晶海藻糖、1kg赤藓糖醇、2kg百香果汁、2kg菠萝果汁、3kg柠檬酸、0.5kg柠檬酸钠、1kg食用香精、1.2kg瓜拉纳提取物、0.5kg牛磺酸、0.2kg咖啡粉、0.2kg甜蜜素、0.1kg安赛蜜、0.5kg山梨酸钾、120g食用盐、18g烟酸、93g维生素C、1.6g B6和0.016g B12。
其中,B6添加量为0.16mg/100ml,B12添加量为0.18ug/100ml,烟酸添加量为1.8mg/100ml,牛磺酸添加量为40mg/100ml,产品含咖啡因为75mg每瓶。
一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料的制备方法,步骤如下:

因此,本发明采用上述一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,绿色安全,具有解困提神、补充能量的功能。

1.一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:饮料的组成成分包括水、果葡糖浆、白砂糖、结晶海藻糖、赤藓糖醇、百香果汁、菠萝果汁、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精、瓜拉纳提取物、牛磺酸、咖啡粉、甜蜜素、安赛蜜、山梨酸钾、食用盐、烟酸、维生素C、B6和B12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:饮料的组成成分及含量为909.5kg水、64kg果葡糖浆、13kg白砂糖、1kg结晶海藻糖、1kg赤藓糖醇、2kg百香果汁、2kg菠萝果汁、3kg柠檬酸、0.5kg柠檬酸钠、1kg食用香精、1.2kg瓜拉纳提取物、0.5kg牛磺酸、0.2kg咖啡粉、0.2kg甜蜜素、0.1kg安赛蜜、0.5kg山梨酸钾、120g食用盐、18g烟酸、93g维生素C、1.6g B6和0.016g B12。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:所述B6添加量为0.16mg/100ml。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:所述B12添加量为0.18ug/100ml。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:所述烟酸添加量为1.8mg/100ml。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:所述牛磺酸添加量为40mg/100ml。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种零色素添加的强化维生素饮料,其特征在于:所述产品含咖啡因为75mg每瓶。
8.一种根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的零色素添加的强化维生素饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
S1、称料,将饮料配制所需各组分按照比例分别称量;
S2、混料,将称量好的各组分混合,获得混合液A;
S3、溶解,将步骤S2制得的混合液A倒入煮料锅内,进行煮料,获得煮料液B,煮料温度大于90℃,加热0.5小时;
S4、过滤,将步骤S3制得的液体B倒入硅藻土过滤器内过滤浮渣;
S5、定容;
S6、理化指标检测;
S7、杀菌、灌装。
