Description
(a)種々の成分をそれぞれ量り取り、所望の製品に応じて成分を準備する;
(b)乾燥バルク成分の温度を室温又は室温より僅かに高い温度に調節する;
(c)シロップ混合物調製用乾燥成分を予備混合し、均一化する;
(d)シロップを混合し100℃未満の温度に加熱する;
(e)加熱したシロップを乾燥バルク成分と混ぜて、所定の濃度を有する実質的に均一な混合物を得るために混合する;
(f)均一な混合物を所定の大きさを有し実質的に同量の断片に分け;
(h)空気中の水分の吸収を防ぐために、直ちに各断片を包むこと
を含む。
Claims (5)
- 食料または飲料製品を製造する方法であって、公的機関によって公式に特定されたカロリー、タンパク質、脂肪、炭水化物、糖及び繊維の1日の推奨摂取量と実質的に同じ比率からなり、その製品は、その製品全般にわたって均質化されているため、消費された製品のどの部分も同じ割合の前記タンパク質、前記脂肪、前記炭水化物、前記糖及び前記繊維を含み、
前記製造方法は、
(a)米粉、天然糖を含む乾燥バルク成分、塩、アカシアゴム、トウモロコシ粉、マルトデキストリンを含むシロップ混合物調製用乾燥成分、油、脂肪、水、糖を含む多数の成分をそれぞれ量り取って準備するステップと、
(b)前記乾燥バルク成分の温度を室温又は室温より僅かに高い温度に調節するステップと、
(c)前記シロップ混合物調製用乾燥成分を予備混合し、均一化するステップと、
(d)前記シロップ混合物調製用乾燥成分を前記油、脂肪、水、糖と混合し、100℃未満の温度に加熱するステップと、
(e)加熱したシロップ混合物を前記乾燥バルク成分と混ぜ、濃度を一定にした実質的に均一な混合物を形成するために混合するステップと、
(F)前記均一な混合物を所定形状に成形し、水分ロスを一定に保ちながら12℃に冷却した後、前記同量の断片に切断するステップと、
(G)前記各断片を箔で直ちに包み空気中の水分の吸収を防ぐステップと、
から成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ステップ(F)において、前記均一な混合物を、容積25cm3〜250cm3の大きさで実質的に同量の断片に分けることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記製造された製品は飲料製品であって、前記方法は、前記均一な混合物を水と混合し、実質的に滑らかで均一な流動体を形成するステップと、前記流動体を所定の包装容器内に分注するステップとをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(d)において、前記シロップ混合物を95℃以下の温度に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ステップ(e)において、前記シロップ混合物を80℃〜95℃に加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
