Abstract
1. Способ уменьшения уровня остаточного катализатора, содержащего один или несколько алкилгалогенид, алкоксигалогенид, металлгалогенид, металлоксигалогенид, алкилметалл, алкилоксиметалл, соединение бора или координированное металлосоединение, в котором металл является металлом III, IV, V, VI и/или VIII групп, из сырого органического продукта, содержащего остаточный катализатор, указанный способ включает контактирование сырого органического продукта с твердым адсорбентом в адсорбционной системе, где твердый адсорбент выбирается из группы, состоящей из оксида или гидроксида магния, кальция, стронция и калия. ! 2. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полимером. ! 3. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полиолефином. ! 4. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полиальфаолефином. ! 5. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полидеценом. ! 6. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт получается из реакции алкилирования или трансалкилирования. ! 7. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является алкилированным бензолом или алкилированным дифениламином. ! 8. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является этилбензолом или нонилированным дифениламином. ! 9. Способ по п.1, где галогенид выбирается из группы, состоящей из хлора, брома и их смесей. ! 10. Способ по п.1, где металл III группы является алюминием, металл VIII группы является железом и металл IV-VI групп выбирается из группы, состоящей из титана, циркония, гафния, ванадия, ниобия, тантала, хрома, молибдена, вольфрама и их смесей. ! 11. Способ по п.1, далее включающий добавление каталитического количества вод�
Claims (14)
1. Способ уменьшения уровня остаточного катализатора, содержащего один или несколько алкилгалогенид, алкоксигалогенид, металлгалогенид, металлоксигалогенид, алкилметалл, алкилоксиметалл, соединение бора или координированное металлосоединение, в котором металл является металлом III, IV, V, VI и/или VIII групп, из сырого органического продукта, содержащего остаточный катализатор, указанный способ включает контактирование сырого органического продукта с твердым адсорбентом в адсорбционной системе, где твердый адсорбент выбирается из группы, состоящей из оксида или гидроксида магния, кальция, стронция и калия.
2. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полимером.
3. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полиолефином.
4. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полиальфаолефином.
5. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полидеценом.
6. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт получается из реакции алкилирования или трансалкилирования.
7. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является алкилированным бензолом или алкилированным дифениламином.
8. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является этилбензолом или нонилированным дифениламином.
9. Способ по п.1, где галогенид выбирается из группы, состоящей из хлора, брома и их смесей.
10. Способ по п.1, где металл III группы является алюминием, металл VIII группы является железом и металл IV-VI групп выбирается из группы, состоящей из титана, циркония, гафния, ванадия, ниобия, тантала, хрома, молибдена, вольфрама и их смесей.
11. Способ по п.1, далее включающий добавление каталитического количества воды.
12. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт обрабатывается каталитическим количеством воды и адсорбентом.
13. Способ по п.1, где сырой органический продукт является полидеценом, и способ дополнительно включает добавление децена к полидецену.
14. Органический продукт, полученный способом по п.1.
