Claims (44)
1. Устройство подачи пониженного давления для лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащее:
трубку подачи магистрали, имеющую по меньшей мере два просвета;
магистраль, имеющую множество каналов потока, расположенную внутри первого из просветов трубки подачи магистрали; и
воздушный баллон, имеющий внутреннее пространство и выполненный с возможностью принятия сжатого и расширенного положений, причем внутреннее пространство проточно сообщается со вторым из просветов трубки подачи магистрали.
2. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее острый наконечник, функционально связанный с трубкой подачи магистрали для выборочного прокалывания воздушного баллона.
3. Устройство по п.1, в котором первый и второй просветы по существу коаксиальны.
4. Устройство по п.1, дополнительно содержащее трубку подачи пониженного давления, проточно сообщающуюся с по меньшей мере одним из множества каналов потока.

в котором пониженное давление во внутреннем пространстве непроницаемой мембраны меньше, чем давление снаружи непроницаемой мембраны для уменьшения объема места, занятого магистралью внутри непроницаемой мембраны.

второй трубопровод, имеющий по меньшей мере один выход, проксимальный к первичному проходу потока или по меньшей мере к одному выходу первого трубопровода, для осуществления продувки по меньшей мере одного из: первичного прохода потока и выхода первого трубопровода текучей средой во время подачи пониженного давления.
37. Устройство по п.36, в котором элемент предотвращения закупорок представляет собой множество выступов, расположенных на внутренней поверхности гибкой стенки и проходящих в первичный проход потока.

гибкий барьер;
клеточный материал, прикрепленный к гибкому барьеру, при этом клеточный материал содержит множество каналов потока; и
трубку подачи пониженного давления, проточно сообщающуюся с по меньшей мере одним из множества каналов потока.
42. Устройство по п.21, в котором участок ткани включает твердую ткань.
43. Устройство по п.21, в котором участок ткани включает мягкую ткань.
44. Устройство подачи пониженного давления для лечения ткани путем подачи пониженного давления к участку ткани, содержащее:
трубку подачи магистрали, имеющую по меньшей мере один проход и дистальный конец, причем дистальный конец выполнен с возможностью размещения рядом с участком ткани;
магистраль, имеющую множество каналов потока, причем магистраль выполнена для подачи ее через проход трубки подачи магистрали к участку ткани; и
непроницаемую мембрану, выполненную с возможностью размещения на дистальном конце трубки подачи магистрали, причем непроницаемая мембрана имеет внутреннее пространство и также выполнена с возможностью принятия по меньшей мере одного из положений: расширенного и смятого.
