Description
Claims (26)
- 組織部位に減圧を施す装置であって:
前記組織部位に近接して配置する遠位端を有する、皮膚組織を介して経皮的に挿入するためのマニホールド送達チューブであって、少なくとも1の通路を有するマニホールド送達チューブと;
前記マニホールド送達チューブに付随し、前記組織部位にボイドを切り取って形成すべく膨張可能なバルーンと;
主流路を形成する可撓性の壁を有し、前記可撓性の壁を通り前記主流路と連通する複数の開口を有している主マニホールドであって、前記マニホールド送達チューブ内に放出可能に配置され、前記マニホールド送達チューブの少なくとも1の通路を通って前記ボイドに送達することができる主マニホールドと;
前記開口を介して前記主流路と流体連通するように構成された複数の流路を有する第2のマニホールドであって、前記マニホールド送達チューブ内に放出可能に配置され、前記マニホールド送達チューブの少なくとも1の通路を通って前記ボイドに送達することができる第2のマニホールドと、を具えており、前記流路の少なくとも1つは前記組織部位と接触するよう適合しており、
前記第2のマニホールドは、前記複数の流路を介して減圧を前記組織部位に与えるために前記減圧を受けるよう適合していることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記バルーンが、前記マニホールドを送達する前に破裂するよう適合していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記マニホールド送達チューブがカテーテルであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記マニホールド送達チューブがカニューレであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記バルーンが、流体を注入するように適合した内側スペースを有することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2のマニホールドが前記通路を通って送達されるときに、前記第2のマニホールドは畳まれる、あるいは圧縮されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2のマニホールドが前記通路を通って送達されるときに、前記第2のマニホールドは不浸透膜内に圧縮されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置において、前記不浸透膜が前記バルーンであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記バルーンが、身体組織あるいは体液が存在する場合に溶解可能であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記主マニホールドおよび第2のマニホールドが、減圧組織治療が完了した後に経皮的に除去されるよう適合していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2のマニホールドが、減圧組織治療を完了した後に前記組織部位から除去する必要のない生体再分解性材料から形成されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記減圧が、前記第2のマニホールドの前記流路を通って流れる流体を作りだすことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項12に記載の装置において、前記流路を通って流れる流体が気体であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記減圧が前記組織部位における静水圧より低いことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記減圧が大気圧より低いことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記減圧が繰り返し与えられることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記組織部位が主として骨組織から成ることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項17に記載の装置において、前記組織部位が骨欠損または骨折箇所に位置していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記組織部位が、脂肪組織、筋肉組織、神経組織、皮膚組織、脈管組織、結合組織、軟骨、腱、又は靭帯からなる群から選択された組織からなることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記組織部位が硬組織を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記組織部位が軟組織を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記主マニホールドおよび第2のマニホールドが更に、内視鏡、超音波、蛍光透視法、聴診、触診からなる群から選択された局在化技術を用いて前記組織部位に案内されるよう適合していることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記主マニホールドが更に:
前記主流路内に配置された閉塞防止部材と;
前記主流路に流動的に連結された少なくとも一の出口を有し、当該主流路に負圧を送達する第1の導管と;
前記主流路又は前記第1の導管の少なくとも一の出口に隣接した少なくとも一の出口を有し、前記主流路又は前記第1の導管の出口の少なくとも一方に負圧をかけている間にガス流体でパージする第2の導管と;を具えることを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項23に記載の装置において、前記閉塞防止部材が、前記可撓性の壁の内側表面に設けられ、前記主流路内に延在する複数の突起であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項23に記載の装置において、前記閉塞防止部材が前記主流路内に配置した多孔性材料であることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記第2のマニホールドが更に:
可撓性バリヤと;
当該可撓性バリヤに取りつけた多孔性材料であって、複数の流路を具える多孔性材料と;を具えることを特徴とする装置。
