Claims (41)
1. Изолированное человеческое антитело или фрагмент антитела, содержащее один или более участок, определяющий комплементарность, выбранный из группы, включающей SEQ ID NO:2 на CDRH1; SEQ ID NO:4 на CDRH2; SEQ ID NO:6 на CDRH3; SEQ ID NO:10 на CDRL1; SEQ ID NO:12 на CDRL2; и SEQ ID NO:14 на CDRL3.
2. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:2 на CDRH1; SEQ ED NO:4 на CDRH2; и SEQ ID NO:6 на CDRH3.
3. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:8.
4. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:10 на CDRL1; SEQ ID NO:12 на CDRL2; и SEQ ID NO:14 на CDRL3.
5. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:16.
6. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:2 на CDRH1; SEQ ID NO:4 на CDRH2; SEQ ID NO:6 на CDRH3; SEQ ID NO:10 на CDRL1; SEQ ID NO:12 на CDRL2; и SEQ ID NO:14 на CDRL3.
7. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по п.1, содержащее SEQ ID NO:8 и SEQ ID NO:16.
8. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по пп.1-7, селективно связывающееся с EGFR.
9. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по пп.1-7, ингибирующее связывание EGFR с лигандом EGFR.
10. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по пп.1-7, нейтрализующее EGFR.
11. Антитело или фрагмент антитела по пп.1-7, выбираемое из группы, состоящей из моноцепочного антитела, Fab, моноцепочного Fv, ди-тела и три-тела.
12. Конъюгат антитела или фрагмента антитела по пп.1-7.
13. Конъюгат по п.12, содержащий анти-неопластический агент, мишень или маркер.
14. Изолированный полинуклеотид, кодирующий антитело или фрагмент антитела и содержащий одну или более нуклеотидную последовательность, выбранную из группы, состоящей из SEQ ID NO:1 на CDRH1; SEQ ID NO:3 на CDRH2; SEQ ID NO:5 на CDRH3; SEQ ID NO:9 на CDRL1; SEQ ID NO:11 на CDRL2; и SEQ ID NO:13 на CDRL3.
15. Изолированный полинуклеотид по п.14, содержащий SEQ ID NO:7.
16. Изолированный полинуклеотид по п.14, содержащий SEQ ID NO:15.
17. Вектор экспрессии, содержащий полинуклеотид по пп.14-16.
18. Рекомбинантная хост-клетка, содержащая вектор экспрессии по п.17.
19. Рекомбинантная хост-клетка по п.18, производящая полипептид, содержащий SEQ ED NO:8, и полипептид, содержащий SEQ ID NO:16.
20. Рекомбинантная хост-клетка по п.18, производящая полипептид, содержащий SEQ ED NO:8 и SEQ ID NO:16.
21. Способ ингибирования роста опухоли у млекопитающих, включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества антитела по пп.1-11.
22. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль производит EGFR.
23. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль перепроизводит EGFR.
24. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль является первичной раковой опухолью.
25. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль является метастатической раковой опухолью.
26. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль является невосприимчивой раковой опухолью.
27. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль является васкуляризированной раковой опухолью.
28. Способ по п.21, в котором опухоль является выбранной из группы, состоящей из колоректальной раковой опухоли, раковой опухоли головы или шеи, панкреатической раковой опухоли, раковой опухоли легких, раковой опухоли груди, почечной карциномы и глиобластомы.
29. Способ по п.21, в котором антитело или фрагмент антитела вводится в комбинации с анти-неопластическим агентом.
30. Способ по п.29, в котором анти-неопластический агент является химиотерапевтическим агентом.
31. Способ по п.29, в котором анти-неопластический агент является иринотеканом (СРТ-11).
32. Способ по п.29, в котором анти-неопластический агент, является радиацией.
33. Способ по п.21, в котором антитело или фрагмент антитела вводят с EGFR-антагонистом.
34. Способ по п.33, в котором EGFR антагонист является внутриклеточным EGFR антагонистом.
35. Способ по п.21, дополнительно включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества антагониста рецептора васкулярного эндотелиального фактора (vascular endothelial factor receptor, VEGFR).
36. Способ по п.21, включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества антагониста рецептора инсулиноподобного фактора роста (insulin like growth factor receptor, IGFR).
37. Способ лечения гиперпролиферативных расстройств, включающий введение терапевтически эффективного количества антитела по пп.1-11.
38. Способ по п.37, в котором гиперпролиферативным расстройством является псориаз.
39. Способ по п.38, в котором антитело или фрагмент антитела вводят в сочетании с местным или общим агентом для псориаза.
40. Способ по п.38, в котором антитело или фрагмент антитела вводят в сочетании с кортикостероидом.
41. Способ по п.38, в котором антитело или фрагмент антитела вводят в сочетании с ретиноидом.
