Claims (34)
1. Сополимер, образованный полимеризацией пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена, стирола или другого C4-20 α-олефина и сополимеризуемого сомономера в присутствии состава, содержащего смесь или продукт реакции, полученный в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способствующего получению полимеров, отличающихся по химическим или физическим свойствам от полимера, полученного с катализатором (A) при эквивалентных условиях полимеризации, и
(С) челночного агента цепи.
2. Сополимер, образованный полимеризацией пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена, стирола или другого C4-20 α-олефина и сополимеризуемого сомономера в присутствии состава, содержащего смесь или продукт реакции, полученный в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов, имеющего высокий показатель внедрения сомономера,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, имеющего показатель внедрения сомономера менее чем 95% от показателя внедрения сомономера катализатора (A), и
(С) челночного агента цепи.
3. Способ получения содержащего пропилен мульти-блок-сополимера, включающий контактирование пропилена и одного или нескольких аддитивно полимеризуемых сомономеров иных чем пропилен в условиях аддитивной полимеризации с составом, содержащим
смесь или продукт реакции, полученный в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способствующего получению полимеров, отличающихся по химическим или физическим свойствам от полимера, полученного с катализатором (A) при эквивалентных условиях полимеризации, и
(С) челночного агента цепи.
4. Способ по п.3, где сомономером является этилен.
5. Способ получения содержащего 4-метил-1-пентен мульти-блок-сополимера, содержащий контактирование 4-метил-1-пентена и одного или нескольких полимеризуемых присоединением сомономеров иных чем 4-метил-1-пентен в условиях полимеризации присоединением с составом, содержащим
смесь или продукт реакции, полученный в результате объединения
(А) первого катализатора полимеризации олефинов,
(В) второго катализатора полимеризации олефинов, способствующего получению полимеров, отличающихся по химическим или физическим свойствам от полимера, полученного с катализатором (A) при эквивалентных условиях полимеризации, и
(C) челночного агента цепи.
6. Способ по п.5, где сомономером является этилен.
7. Мульти-блок-сополимер, содержащий в полимеризованной форме два мономера, выбранные из группы, состоящей из C2-20 α-олефинов, причем указанный сополимер содержит два или более сегментов или блоков, отличающихся по содержанию сомономера, кристалличности, регулярности молекулярной структуры, гомогенности или плотности, и по меньшей мере один из полимерных блоков состоит по существу из полимеризованного пропилена, 4-метил-1-пентена, стирола или другого C4-20 α-олефина.
8. Мульти-блок-сополимер, содержащий в полимеризованной форме пропилен и этилен или 4-метил-1-пентен и этилен, причем указанный сополимер содержит два или более сегментов или блоков, отличающихся по содержанию сомономера, кристалличности, регулярности молекулярной структуры, гомогенности или плотности.
9. Мульти-блок-сополимер, состоящий по существу из пропилена и этилена или 4-метил-1-пентена и этилена в полимеризованной форме, указанный сополимер содержит два или более сегментов или блоков, отличающихся по содержанию сомономера, кристалличности, регулярности молекулярной структуры, гомогенности или плотности.
10. Мульти-блок-сополимер по любому из пп.5-9, содержащий четыре или более сегментов или блоков, отличающихся по содержанию сомономера, кристалличности, регулярности молекулярной структуры, гомогенности или плотности.
11. Функционализованное производное мульти-блок-сополимера по любому из пп.1, 2, 5-9 или полученное способом по п.3 или 4.
12. Функционализованное производное мульти-блок-сополимера по п.10.
13. Гомогенная полимерная смесь, содержащая (1) рганический или неорганический полимер и (2) мульти-блок-сополимер по любому из пп.1, 2, 5-9 или полученный способом по п.3 или 4 по данному изобретению.
14. Сшитое производное полимера по любому из пп.1, 2, 5-9 или полученное способом по п.3 или 4.
15. Сшитое производное полимера по п.10.
16. Сшитое производное полимера по п.11.
17. Сшитое производное полимера по п.12.
18. Полимер по любому из пп.1, 2, 5-9 или полученный способом по п.3 или 4, или состав, содержащий его в виде пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя многослойной пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя ламинированного изделия, вспененного изделия, волокна, нетканого материала, сформованного литьем под давлением изделия, сформованного раздувом изделия, сформованного роторным прессованием изделия или адгезива.
19. Полимер по п.14 или состав, содержащий его в виде пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя многослойной пленка, по меньшей мере одного слоя ламинированного изделия, вспененного изделия, волокна, нетканого материала, сформованного литьем под давлением изделия, сформованного раздувом изделия, сформованного роторным прессованием изделия или адгезива.
20. Полимер по п.15 или состав, содержащий его в виде пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя многослойной пленка, по меньшей мере одного слоя ламинированного изделия, вспененного изделия, волокна, нетканого материала, сформованного литьем под давлением изделия, сформованного раздувом изделия, сформованного роторным прессованием изделия или адгезива.
21. Полимер по п.16 или состав, содержащий его в виде пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя многослойной пленка, по меньшей мере одного слоя ламинированного изделия, вспененного изделия, волокна, нетканого материала, сформованного литьем под давлением изделия, сформованного раздувом изделия, сформованного роторным прессованием изделия или адгезива.
22. Полимер по п.17 или состав, содержащий его в виде пленки, по меньшей мере одного слоя многослойной пленка, по меньшей мере одного слоя ламинированного изделия, вспененного изделия, волокна, нетканого материала, сформованного литьем под давлением изделия, сформованного раздувом изделия, сформованного роторным прессованием изделия или адгезива.
23. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где челночным агентом является соединение тригидрокарбилалюминия или дигидрокарбилцинка, содержащее от 1 до 12 атомов углерода в каждой гидрокарбил-группе.
24. Сополимер по п.23, где челночным агентом является триэтилалюминий или диэтилцинк.
25. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где катализатор (A) содержит комплекс, содержащий переходный металл, выбранный из групп 4-8 Периодической таблицы элементов, и один или несколько делокализованных π-связанных лигандов или лигандов поливалентного основания Льюиса.
26. Сополимер по п.25, где катализатор (A) отвечает формуле
где T3 представляет двухвалентную мостиковую группу из от 2 до 20 атомов, не считая водород, и
Ar2, независимо в каждом случае, представляет арилен или алкил- или арил-замещенную арилен-группу из от 6 до 20 атомов, не считая водород,
M3 представляет металл группы 4,
G, независимо в каждом случае, представляет анионную, нейтральную или дианионную лиганд-группу,
g представляет целое число от 1 до 5, указывающее число таких G групп, и
электронодонорные взаимодействия представлены стрелками.
27. Сополимер по п.23, где катализатор (A) отвечает формуле
где M3 представляет Hf или Zr;
Ar4 представляет C6-20 арил или инертно замещенные его производные, особенно 3,5-ди(изопропил)фенил, 3,5-ди(изобутил)фенил, дибензо-1H-пиррол-1-ил или антрацен-5-ил, и
T4, независимо в каждом случае, содержит C3-6 алкилен-группу, C3-6 циклоалкилен-группу или их инертно замещенные производные;
R21, независимо в каждом случае, представляет водород, галоген, гидрокарбил, тригидрокарбилсилил или тригидрокарбилсилилгидрокарбил из вплоть до 50 атомов, не считая водород; и
G, независимо в каждом случае, представляет галоген или гидрокарбил или тригидрокарбилсилил-группу из вплоть до 20 атомов, не считая водород, или 2 группы G вместе представляют двухвалентное производное указанных групп гидрокарбила или тригидрокарбилсилила.
28. Сополимер по п.23, где катализатор (A) отвечает формуле
где Ar4 представляет 3,5-ди(изопропил)фенил, 3,5-ди(изобутил)фенил, дибензо-1H-пиррол-1-ил или антрацен-5-ил,
R21 представляет водород, галоген или C1-4 алкил, особенно метил,
T4 представляет пропан-1,3-диил или бутан-1,4-диил и
G представляет хлор, метил или бензил.
29. Сополимер по п.1 или 2, где катализатор (B) отвечает формуле
где M2 представляет металл групп 4-10 Периодической таблицы элементов;
T2 представляет группу, содержащую азот, кислород или фосфор;
X2 представляет галоген, гидрокарбил или гидрокарбилокси;
t означает один или два;
x" означает целое число, выбранное, чтобы обеспечить баланс заряда;
и T2 и N связаны мостиковым лигандом.
30. Способ по п.3 или 4, который является непрерывным способом.
31. Способ по п.30, который является осуществляемым в растворе.
32. Способ по п.30, где пропилен и этилен или 4-метил-1-пентен и этилен полимеризуют.

g представляет целое число от 1 до 5, указывающее число таких G групп, и
электронодонорные взаимодействия представлены стрелками.
34. Способ по п.30, где катализатор (B) отвечает формуле
где M2 представляет металл групп 4-10 Периодической таблицы элементов;
T2 представляет группу, содержащую азот, кислород или фосфор;
X2 представляет галоген, гидрокарбил или гидрокарбилокси;
t означает один или два;
