Claims (15)
- (i)제1올레핀 단량체(들)을, (a)메틸로센 성분과, (b)양자를 공여할 수 있는 양이온 및 양립가능한 비배위 음이온을 갖는 제2성분의 반응 생성물인 촉매와 접촉시켜 제1리빙 중합체를 생성시키고, (ii)상기 리빙 중합체에 적어도 제2단량체를 순차적으로 가하여 상기 제1중합체와 공중합시켜 멀티블록 공중합체를 생성시키고, (iii)블록 공중합체를 회수함을 포함하는 블록 공중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록 공중합체가 디블록 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블록 공중합체가 트리블록 공중합체인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매 반응 생성물이 하기 일반식을 갖는 방법.[A-CpMX1][(C2B9H11)2Co][A-CpMX1(L')][B(C6F5)3(X3)][A-CpMX12X1][B']상기식에서, M은 티탄, 지르코늄 또는 하프늄이고 (A-Cp)는 (Cp)(Cp*) 또는 Cp-A'-Cp*이고, Cp 및 Cp*는 동일하거나 상이한, 치환되거나 또는치환되지 않는 사이클로펜타디에닐 라디칼이고, A'는 IV-A족 원소를 함유한 공유 브릿지 그룹이고, L'는 중성 루이스 염기이고, X1은 수소화물 라디칼, C1-약 C20하이드로카빌 라디칼, 하나 이상의 수소원자가 할로겐 원자에 대해 치환된 C1- C20하이드로카빌 카빌 라디칼, 또는 유기 반금속의 유기 부분에 함유전 하이드로카빌 치환체 각각이 C1-C20을 함유하는, IV-A족 원소를 포함한 유기 반금속 라디칼이고, X3는 수소화물, 할로겐화물, 하이드로카빌 라디칼, 하나 이상의 수소원자가 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환된 C1-C20하이드로카빌 라디칼, 유기 부분의 하이드로카빌 치환체 각각이 C1-C20을 함유하고 금속이 IV-A족 금속인 유기 반금속 라디칼이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, 촉매 반응 생성물이 일반식 [A-CpMX1(L')][B(C6F5)3(X3)]로 나타내지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매가 버스(사이클로펜타디에닐)하프늄 디메틸과 N, N-디메틸아닐리늄 테트라키스(펜타플루오로페닐)보론의 반응생성물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반응, 공중합, 도입 및 반복 단계를 약 -5℃내지 약 10℃인 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 임의의 상기 단량체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐중에서 선택되는 방법.
- 약 1 내지 5의 Mw/Mn을 갖는 하기 일반식의 올레핀 블록 공중합체.(A1)(A2)(A3) . . .(An)상기식에서 각각의 A는 100 내지 약 1,000,000달톤의 평균 Mw를 갖는 중합체 분절을 나타내고, 각각의 인접한 A는 HDPE, 어택틱-1-올레핀, 이소택틱 1-올레핀, 신디오택틱 1-올레핀, 환상 올레핀의 단독 및 공중합체, 및 1-올레핀과 디올레핀의 랜덤 공중합체중에서 선택된 상이한 올레핀 중합체 분절을 나타낸다.

- 제11항에 있어서, (HDPE)(EP), (i-PP)(EP), (LLDPE)(a-PP), (LLDPE)(HDPE)중에서 선택되는 올레핀 블록 공중합체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 블록 공중합체가 트리블록인 올레핀 블록 공중합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, (HDPE)(EP)(HDPE), (HDPE)(EP)(LLDPE), (LLDPE)(a-PP)(LLDPE), (HDPE)(a-PP)(LLDPE), (i-PP), (s-PP)(EP)(s-PP)중에서 선택되는 올레핀 블록 공중합체.
- 단독 폴리올레핀과, 제2항 및 제3항의 공정에 의해 생성된 디- 및 트리블록 공중합체의 혼합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
