Claims (9)

1. Способ производства не содержащего лактозу молока, предусматривающий стадии:
a) ультрафильтрации молока;
b) нанофильтрации УФ-пермеата, полученного при ультрафильтрации;
c) концентрирования НФ-пермеата, полученного на стадии b), обратным осмосом;
d) использования OO-ретентата, полученного на стадии с), в качестве соли, которую добавляют к УФ-ретентату.
2. Способ по п.1, предусматривающий добавление другой соли к УФ-ретентату помимо OO-ретентата.
3. Способ по п.2, в котором указанная другая соль представляет собой соль молочной сыворотки.
4. Способ по любому предшествующему пункту, в котором молочный продукт гидролизуют с помощью лактазы.
5. Способ по п.4, в котором гидролиз осуществляют в течение 1-36 ч.
6. Способ по п.4, в котором гидролиз осуществляют при температуре от 5 до 70°С.
7. Способ по любому из пп.1-3 и 5-6, в котором молоко кондиционируют до желаемого содержания жира и пастеризуют перед ультрафильтрацией.
8. Способ по любому из пп.1-3 и 5-6, дополнительно предусматривающий регулирование содержания сухого вещества в молочном продукте путем добавления воды.
9. Способ по любому из пп.1-3 и 5-6, в котором
a) ультрафильтрацию молока проводят с коэффициентом концентрирования от 1 до 4;
b) нанофильграцию УФ-пермеата, полученного при ультрафильграции, проводят с коэффициентом концентрирования от 1 до 6;
c) концентрирование НФ-пермеата, полученного на стадии b), обратным осмосом проводят с коэффициентом концентрирования от 2 до 20.
