Claims (62)

1. Способ изготовления изделия из стекла, включающий в себя: размещение подложки с наружной поверхностью; получение по меньшей мере первичного стекла, которое состоит как минимум из двух различных оксидов металлов, характеризуется Тg и Тх, причем разница между Тg и Тх первичного стекла составляет как минимум 5 К, а само стекло содержит менее 20 мас.% SiO2, менее 20 мас.% В2О3 и менее 40 мас.% P2O5; нагревание первичного стекла до температуры свыше Тg так, чтобы хотя бы часть стекла смачивала по меньшей мере часть наружной поверхности подложки; и охлаждение стекла с получением продукта, представляющего собой керамическое изделие со стеклом, прикрепленным как минимум к части наружной поверхности подложки.
2. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что разница между Тg и Тх составляет по меньшей мере 25 К.
3. Способ по п.2, отличающийся тем, стекло характеризуется T1, a соотношение Тg и T1 составляет по меньшей мере 0,5.
4. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что первичное стекло содержит суммарно менее 40 мас.% стекла, состоящего из SiO2, В2О3 и Р2O5, по отношению к общей массе стекла.
5. Способ по п.3, отличающийся тем, что стекло - это система REO-Al2O3.
6. Способ по п.5, отличающийся тем, что стекло содержит в сумме как минимум 80 мас.% Al2О3 и REO по отношению к общей массе стекла.
7. Способ по п.1, отличающийся тем, что стекло - это система REO-Al2О3-ZrO2.

Способ изготовления изделия из стекла, включающий в себя: получение по меньшей мере первичного и вторичного стекол, причем первичное стекло состоит как минимум из двух разных оксидов металлов, где первичное стекло характеризуется Tg1 и Tx1, причем разница между Tg1 и Tx1 составляет как минимум 5 К, а само первичное стекло содержит менее 20 мас.% SiO2, менее 20 мас.% В2О3 и менее 40 мас.% P2O5; нагревание первичного и вторичного стекол до температуры по меньшей мере выше Tg1, причем первичное стекло спекается со вторичным стеклом с образованием изделия.
26. Способ по п.25, отличающийся тем, что разница между Tg1 и Tx1 составляет по меньшей мере 25 К.
27. Способ по п.26, отличающийся тем, что стекло характеризуется T1, a соотношение Tg1 и Т11 составляет по меньшей мере 0,5.

Способ изготовления изделия из стекла, включающий в себя: получение по меньшей мере первой совокупности частиц стекла, в котором содержатся как минимум два разных оксида металлов, а стекло характеризуется Тg и Тх, причем разница между Тg и Тх составляет как минимум 5 К, и содержит менее 20 мас.% SiO2, менее 20 мас.% В2O3 и менее 40 мас.% Р2O5; нагревание стекла до температуры выше Тg и коалесценция по меньшей мере части первой совокупности частиц с образованием изделия.
52. Способ по п.51, отличающийся тем, что разница между Тg и Тx составляет по меньшей мере 25 К.
53. Способ по п.52, отличающийся тем, что стекло характеризуется T1, a соотношение Тg и T1 составляет по меньшей мере 0,5.
54. Способ по п.53, отличающийся тем, что стекло содержит суммарно менее 40 мас.% стекла, состоящего из SiO2, В2О3 и Р2О5, по отношению к общей массе стекла.
55. Способ по п.53, отличающийся тем, что стекло - это система REO-Al2О3.
56. Способ по п.55, отличающийся тем, что стекло содержит в сумме как минимум 80 мас.% Al2О3 и REO по отношению к общей массе стекла.
57. Способ по п.53, отличающийся тем, что стекло - это система REO-Al2O3-ZrO2.
58. Способ по п.57, отличающийся тем, что стекло содержит в сумме как минимум 80 мас.% Al2О3, REO и ZrO2 по отношению к общей массе стекла.
59. Способ по п.53, отличающийся тем, что изделие представляет собой стекло, а сам способ включает в себя также термообработку стекла с получением стеклокерамики.
60. Изделие, изготовленное в соответствии со способом, описанным в п.59.
61. Способ по п.53, отличающийся тем, что разница между Тg и Тх составляет по меньшей мере 35 К.
62. Изделие, изготовленное в соответствии со способом, описанным в п.53.
