Abstract

Se describe un sistema para el moni toreo continuo de desgaste. El sistema comprende un molino de trituracion (100) que tiene al menos un disco de molienda (106). Al menos un detector (141) se proporciona al por lo menos un disco de molienda (106), y al menos un sensor (120) se proporciona al molino de trituracion (100) que esta configurado para comunicarse con el por lo menos un detector (141) durante la operacion del molino de trituracion (100). En uso, el por lo menos un disco de molienda (106) se desgasta y finalmente afecta una funcion del por lo menos un detector (141). El por lo menos un sensor (120) esta configurado para monitorear la funcion del por lo menos un detector (141). Cuando el por lo menos un sensor (120) detecta un cambio en la senal del por lo menos un detector (141), un operador es notificado de que mantenimiento o reemplazo del disco de molienda puede ser necesario
