Abstract

En forbedret fremgangsmåte er tilveiebrakt for fremstilling av vodka med utmerkede egenskaper omfattende å blande vann og absolutt alkohol, å behandle blandingen med aktivt kull etterfulgt av filtrering, tilsetting av sukker, aromaforbindelser og valgfritt andre ingredienserat blandingen av vann og alkohol, etter behandlingen med aktivt kull, avkjøles til en temperatur på omtrent -10 °C til 15 °C, ved hvilken temperatur blandingen bibeholdes i omtrent 4-8 timer, etter hvilken den resulterende blandingen filtreres, gradvis tilpasses til romtemperatur, aroma og valgfritt andre ingredienser tilsettes til filtratet og valgfritt filtreres den resulterende blandingen ved romtemperatur igjen før flaskefylling. En ny vodka er tilveiebrakt omfattende en prosent absolutt alkohol-i-vann på omtrent 35-40 vol%, 4-6 mmol/1 sukker, 0,05-0,2 mmol/1 natriumbikarbonat, og 0,02-0,04 vol% ekstrakt av linfrø fra første tømming.
