Abstract

Παρέχεται μία βελτιωμένη μέθοδος παρασκευής βότκας με εξαίρετες ιδιότητες, η οποία περιλαμβάνει την ανάμιξη ύδατος και απόλυτης αλκοόλης, την επεξεργασία του μείγματος με ενεργοποιημένο άνθρακα, που ακολουθείται από διήθηση (φιλτράρισμα), προσθήκη ζάχαρης, ενώσεων αρωμάτων και προαιρετικά άλλων συστατικών, χαρακτηριζόμενη από το ότι το μείγμα ύδατος και αλκοόλης, μετά την κατεργασία με ενεργοποιημένο άνθρακα, ψύχεται σε θερμοκρασία περίπου -10°C έως -15°C, στην οποία θερμοκρασία το μείγμα διατηρείται επί περίπου 4-8 ώρες, ακολούθως δε το προκύπτον μείγμα φιλτράρεται, προσαρμόζεται βαθμιαία στην θερμοκρασία δωματίου, προστίθενται άρωμα και προαιρετικά άλλα συστατικά στο διήθημα, και προαιρετικά το προκύπτον μείγμα στη θερμοκρασία δωματίου φιλτράρεται πάλι προτού βράσει. Παρέχεται μία νέα βότκα περιλαμβάνουσα ένα ποσοστό απόλυτης αλκοόλης εντός ύδατος σε περίπου 35-50% κατ' όγκο, 4-6 mMol/Mol ζάχαρη, 0,05-0,2 mMol/l ανθρακικό νάτριο και 0,02-0,04% κατ' όγκο εκχύλισμα σπόρων λιναριού πρώτης εξαγωγής.
