Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av en katalysatorbærer, hvor zirkoniumdioksid-pulver blandes med et bindemiddel, eventuelt et poredannende middel, eventuelt en syre, vann, og eventuelt andre tilsetningsstoffer for å danne en eltbar masse og denne masse homogeniseres for å danne formlegemer, tørkes og kalsineres. Bindemiddelet er en monomer, oligomer eller polymer organosilisium-forbindelse. Egnede bindemidler er monomere, oligomere eller polymere silaner, alkoksysilaner, aryloksysilaner, akryloksysilaner, oksiminosilaner, halosilaner, aminoksysilaner, aminosilaner, amidosilaner, silazaner eller silikoner. Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en således fremstilt katalysatorbærer, en katalysator inneholdende den nevnte bærer og anvendelse derav som en dehydrogeneringskatalysator.
