Abstract

"CATALISADOR E USO DO MESMO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um suporte de catalisador, em que pó de dióxido de zircónio é misturado com um agente de ligação, se desejado um formador de poros, se desejado um ácido, água e, se desejado, aditivos adicionais para formar uma composição amassável, sendo que referida massa é homogeneizada para formar corpos moldados, secada e calcinada. O agente de ligação é um composto de organossilício monomérico, oligomérico ou polimérico. Agentes de ligação vantajosos são silanos, alcoxissilanos, ariloxissilanos, acriloxissilanos, oxinminossilanos, halossilanos, aminoxissilanos, aminossilanos, amidossilanos, silazanos ou silicones monoméricos, oligoméricos ou poliméricos. A invenção também se refere ao próprio suporte de catalisador assim produzido, a um catalisador contendo referido suporte, e ao seu uso como um catalisador de desidrogenação.
