Abstract
1. Суспензия, содержащая: ! штукатурный гипс; ! зольную пыль класса С; ! оксид магния; ! эмульсию силоксана и воды. ! 2. Суспензия по п.1, в которой отношение количеств указанной зольной пыли и указанного оксида магния составляет от, приблизительно, 2:1 до, приблизительно, 3:1. ! 3. Суспензия по п.2, в которой указанная зольная пыль присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса. ! 4. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная зольная пыль присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса. ! 5. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный оксид магния присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 0,5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса. ! 6. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный оксид магния представляет собой сильно обожженный или пережженный оксид магния. ! 7. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная эмульсия содержит жидкий полисилоксан и воду. ! 8. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный силоксан является жидким, линейным, водородзамещенным силоксаном. ! 9. Суспензия по п.1, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, один из компонентов из группы, состоящей из крахмалов, пенообразователей, ускорителей схватывания, замедлителей схватывания, биоцидов, диспергирующих агентов, волокон или веществ, повышающих прочность. ! 10. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная эмульсия содержит стабильную взвесь. ! 11. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная взвесь не содержит эмульгатора. ! 12. Способ изготовления водостойких гипсовых изделий, заключающийся в: ! приготовлении силоксановой эмульсии из силоксана и воды; ! смеш
Claims (19)
1. Суспензия, содержащая:
штукатурный гипс;
зольную пыль класса С;
оксид магния;
эмульсию силоксана и воды.
2. Суспензия по п.1, в которой отношение количеств указанной зольной пыли и указанного оксида магния составляет от, приблизительно, 2:1 до, приблизительно, 3:1.
3. Суспензия по п.2, в которой указанная зольная пыль присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса.
4. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная зольная пыль присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса.
5. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный оксид магния присутствует в количестве от, приблизительно, 0,1% до, приблизительно, 0,5% относительно веса сухого штукатурного гипса.
6. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный оксид магния представляет собой сильно обожженный или пережженный оксид магния.
7. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная эмульсия содержит жидкий полисилоксан и воду.
8. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанный силоксан является жидким, линейным, водородзамещенным силоксаном.
9. Суспензия по п.1, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, один из компонентов из группы, состоящей из крахмалов, пенообразователей, ускорителей схватывания, замедлителей схватывания, биоцидов, диспергирующих агентов, волокон или веществ, повышающих прочность.
10. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная эмульсия содержит стабильную взвесь.
11. Суспензия по п.1, в которой указанная взвесь не содержит эмульгатора.
12. Способ изготовления водостойких гипсовых изделий, заключающийся в:
приготовлении силоксановой эмульсии из силоксана и воды;
смешивании оксида магния и зольной пыли класса С со штукатурным гипсом;
объединение эмульсии силоксана со смесью штукатурного гипса и катализатора;
придании суспензии формы;
выдерживании гипсовой суспензии до схватывания, при котором образуется сердцевина стеновой плиты;
полимеризации силоксана.
13. Способ по п.12, в котором указанное смешивание силоксана и воды осуществляют в мешалке с большими сдвиговыми усилиями.
14. Способ по п.12, в котором указанное придание суспензии формы включает помещение суспензии между двумя листами облицовочного материала с образованием стеновой плиты.
15. Способ по п.12, в котором указанное смешивание осуществляют до указанного этапа объединения.
16. Способ по п.12, дополнительно включающий введение части отмеренного количества воды для затворения для использования в качестве указанной воды.
17. Водостойкая гипсовая панель, сердцевина которой состоит из взаимопроникающих матриц кристаллов двуводного гипса и кремнийорганической смолы, где внутри указанных взаимопроникающих матриц распределен катализатор, включающий оксид магния и компоненты зольной пыли класса С.
18. Гипсовая панель по п.17, дополнительно содержащая, по меньшей мере, один из компонентов из группы, состоящей из крахмалов, пенообразователей, ускорителей схватывания, замедлителей схватывания, биоцидов, диспергирующих агентов, волокон или веществ, повышающих прочность, который распределен внутри указанных взаимопроникающих матриц.
19. Гипсовая панель по п.17, в которой указанная сердцевина является прослойкой между двумя листами облицовочного материала.
