Abstract

Un aparato guiado para dirigir el despliegue de un cojín de bolsa inflable de un vehículo automotor hacia el torso de un ocupante por medio de una cuerda que está doblada y adherida a sí misma en una serie de ubicaciones por medio de costuras rompibles. Conforme se despliega el cojín de bolsa inflable la cuerda o cuerdas truncadas provocan que el cojín gire alrededor de un punto donde el cojín está adherido a una canastilla, con lo cual, mueve el cojín hacia abajo.
