Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar rebaudiósido M mediante el uso de un método con enzima. En el método, el rebaudiósido A o rebaudiósido D se usa como un substrato; y en la existencia de un donador de glucosilo, se genera rebaudiósido M por medio de la reacción del substrato bajo la catálisis de UDP-glucosiltransferasa y/o células recombinantes que contienen la UDP-glucosiltransferasa.
