Abstract
Se proporciona un método para preparar rebaudiósido M mediante el uso de un método con enzima. En el método, el rebaudiósido A o rebaudiósido D se usa como un substrato; y en la existencia de un donador de glucosilo, se genera rebaudiósido M por medio de la reacción del substrato bajo la catálisis de UDP-glucosiltransferas a y/o células recombinantes que contienen la UDP-glucosiltransfera sa.
