Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición de nanopartículas de lípidos que incluye una macromolécula conjugada con un polímero y un agente de direccionamiento. La composición puede incluir un agente terapéutico. El agente terapéutico puede ser un oligonucleótido antisentido (ASO). ASOs de ejemplo apuntan a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica Akt-1 y que modula la expresión of Akt-1; o apunta a una porción de un ácido nucleico que codifica HIF-1 y que modula la expresión de HIF-1.
