Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de un compuesto quiral, en particular posaconazol, en donde el proceso comprende mezclar y hacer reaccionar los compuestos de la fórmula (I) Y3-NH2 de la fórmula (IIa) O=C=N-Y0 y/o de la fórmula (lIb) y de la fórmula (III), en un disolvente, en cualquier orden, para obtener una mezcla de reacción que contiene un compuesto quiral de la fórmula (IV) y/o de la fórmula (V).
