Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un material de revestimiento aislante sin cromo para acero al silicio no orientado que comprende, en partes en masa, los siguientes componentes: 100 partes de una sal metálica de dihidrogenofosfato, 10~60 partes de resina epoxi, 0,001~10 partes de desecante de naftenato o desecante de sal metálica de isooctanoato, 0,001~100 partes de disolvente orgánico y 60~2000 partes de agua pura. La sal metálica de dihidrogenofosfato es Al(H2PO4)3, Mg(H2PO4)2, Ca(H2PO4)2 o Zn(H2PO4)2; la resina epoxi es una resina epoxi soluble en agua o una emulsión de resina epoxi. El material de revestimiento aislante sin cromo de la presente invención, después de revestirlo sobre acero al silicio no orientado, consigue un aspecto altamente transparente, y tiene una excelente capacidad aislante, resistencia a corrosión, adhesividad, soldabilidad y capacidad de fabricación, de manera que se eliminan los defectos del revestimiento sin cromo existente, tal como que es pegajoso y no resistente al desgaste, y satisface los requisitos de protección medioambiental.
