本发明属于涂料领域，具体涉及一种改性醇酸涂料。
背景技术
醇酸涂料是以醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质的合成树脂涂料，醇酸树脂涂料在干燥速率、附着力、硬度、光泽、耐候性和保光性等方面均优于油性漆，且施工方便，但涂膜较软，耐水、耐碱性欠佳。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种改性醇酸涂料，干燥速度快，附着力强，硬度和耐磨性增加，具有良好的耐水、耐碱性。
本发明的技术方案是：一种改性醇酸涂料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：醇酸树脂25-30份、水性丙烯酸12-16份、有机膨润土1-2份、200号溶剂汽油5-8份、防结皮剂0.4-0.6份、铁红5-9份、环烷酸锌1-4份、滑石粉6-9份、颜料12-15份、纳米二氧化钛2-6份、硫酸锌5-8份、丙三醇15-20份、季戊四醇15-20份、四硼酸钠0.2-0.4份、阻聚剂0.01-0.5份、消泡剂1-2份。
与现有技术相比，本发明优点在于：干燥速度快，附着力强，硬度和耐磨性增加，具有良好的耐水、耐碱性。

实施例2
一种改性醇酸涂料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：醇酸树脂28份、水性丙烯酸15份、有机膨润土1.5份、200号溶剂汽油7份、防结皮剂0.5份、铁红7份、环烷酸锌3份、滑石粉8份、颜料13份、纳米二氧化钛4份、硫酸锌7份、丙三醇17份、季戊四醇17份、四硼酸钠0.3份、阻聚剂0.1份、消泡剂1.5份。
实施例3
一种改性醇酸涂料，由以下重量份数的原料组成：醇酸树脂30份、水性丙烯酸16份、有机膨润土2份、200号溶剂汽油8份、防结皮剂0.6份、铁红9份、环烷酸锌4份、滑石粉9份、颜料15份、纳米二氧化钛6份、硫酸锌8份、丙三醇20份、季戊四醇20份、四硼酸钠0.4份、阻聚剂0.5份、消泡剂2份。
