Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a composiciones de policarbonato que contienen A) de 10 a 99 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A+B+C, de policarbonato aromático y/o ester poilcarbonato aromático, B) de 1 a 35 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A+B÷C, de un polímero de injerto modificado con caucho, formado por B.1 5 a 95% en peso de al menos un monómero de vinilo sobre B.2 95 a 5% en peso de una o varias bases de injerto con una temperatura de transición vítrea < 10°C, C) de O a 40 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A+B+C, de un (co)polimero de vinilo y/o poli(tereftalato de alquileno), D) de 0 a 50 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A+B+C, de un agente ignífugo con contenido en fósforo, E) de O a 1,0 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A÷B+C, de aditivos ácidos y F) de O a 50 partes en peso, en cada caso respecto a la suma de los componentes A÷B+C, de aditivos, en las que el componente 6 se puede obtener por reacción del componente B. 1 con la base de injerto B.2 por polimerización en emulsión, con la condición de que en las composiciones exentas de los componentes D) y E) la dispersión del polímero de injerto presente durante el secado por pulverización o durante la precipitación un valor de pH inferior a 7, caracterizadas porque en la reacción de injerto se usan de 0,1 a 5 partes en peso (respecto a la suma de las partes en peso de los monómeros 8.1 y de la base de injerto B.2 usados = 100 partes en peso) de al menos un emulsionante seleccionado del grupo formado por sales alcalinas, alcalinotérreas, de amonio o fosfonio de un ácido graso saturado con 10 a 50 átomos de carbono, permaneciendo el emulsionante o los emulsionantes en el componente 8, así como a un procedimiento para la preparación de estas composiciones de policarbonato y al uso de las composiciones de policarbonato para la fabricación de elementos moldeados y a los elementos moldeados propiamente dichos.
