Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método y a un dispositivo para la medición óptica de perfiles de rosca externa, en particular en el extremo de tubos, en donde la rosca primero se produce de manera sincrónica en una línea de producción y se mide continuamente en línea desde el principio hasta el fin de la rosca previamente al procesamiento ulterior. La finalidad de la invención es permitir una inspección efectiva en costo de la rosca durante la producción sincrónica de la rosca. Para este propósito el perfil de la rosca previamente producida se ilumina y/o explora tangencialmente a la sección transversal del tubo mediante un movimiento relativo que incluye la rotación y traslación, y mediante una unidad de medición óptica que comprende una cámara, y la velocidad de exploración se ajusta de manera que el tiempo para explorar el perfil de la rosca se encuentra dentro del periodo de mecanización para la producción de la rosca siguiente, considerando la resolución local requerida de la cámara, siendo que la imagen del contorno de la rosca es registrada por la cámara y las señales ópticas se evalúan y comparan entonces con las especificaciones prescritas.
