Abstract
Procedimiento y dispositivo para la medicion optica del perfil de roscas exteriores. 2.1 La invencion se refiere a un procedimiento para la medicion optica del perfil de roscas exteriores, especialmente en extremos de tubos, en donde las roscas songeneradas previamente con una cadencia en una línea de fabricacion, y antes de ser trabajadas ulteriormente en la línea son medidas en forma continua desde el inicio hasta el final de la rosca. El objeto es permitir un control economico de lasroscas durante la generacion de la rosca con cadencia. 2.2 Para ello el perfil de la rosca generada previamente se ilumina y/o explora en forma tangencial a la seccion del tubo, a través de un movimiento relativo compuesto por una rotacion y unatranslacion entre el tubo y por lo menos una unidad de medicion optica colocada a contraluz compuesta por una iluminacion y una cámara, y se ajusta la velocidad de exploracion de modo que el tiempo para la exploracion del perfil de la rosca teniendoen cuenta la definicion local requerida de la cámara se encuentra dentro del tiempo de cadencia para la fabricacion de la rosca siguiente, en donde la cámara registra la reproduccion del contorno de la rosca y a continuacion las senales opticas seevaluan y se comparan con los valores nominales.
