Abstract
La présente invention concerne des formes de sel de n-(4-(4-amino-7-(1- isobutyrylpipéridin-4-yl)pyrrolo[1,2-f][1,2,4]triazin-5-yl)phényl)-1- isopropyl-2,4-dioxo-3-(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5- carboxamide (i) et de n-(4-(4-amino-7-(1-isobutyrylpipéridin-4-yl) pyrrolo[1,2-f][1,2,4]triazin-5-yl)phényl)-1-isopropyl-2,4-dioxo-3- phényl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-5-carboxamide (ii), qui sont utiles en tant qu'inhibiteurs de kinases tam, ainsi que des procédés et des intermédiaires associés à celles-ci.
