Abstract
La présente invention concerne des analogues du glucagon qui présentent une activité puissante au niveau du récepteur de GIP et, en tant que tels, sont considérés pour l'utilisation dans le traitement du diabète et de l'obésité. Dans des modes de réalisation à titre d'exemple, l'analogue du glucagon de la présente invention présente un EC50 au niveau du récepteur de GIP qui appartient à la gamme nanomolaire ou picomolaire.
