Abstract

REVENDICATION DE PRIORITES GB 31 Octobre 2002 0225379.7 Voir en annexe le titre de l'invention et le texte de l'abrégé Dérivés de proline présentant une affinité pour la sous-unité alpha-2-delta du canal calcium Les composés de formule (I) ou un de leurs sels, produits de solvatation ou précurseurs médicamenteux pharmaceutiquement acceptables sont des dérivés de proline utiles dans le traitement de l'épilepsie, d'attaques de lipothymie, de 1'hypokinésie, de troubles cr??niens, de troubles neurodégénératifs, de la dépression, de l'anxiété, de la panique, de la douleur, de la fibromyalgie, de l'arthrite, de troubles neuro-pathologiques, de troubles du sommeil, de troubles douloureux viscéraux et de troubles gastro-intestinaux. Des procédés pour la préparation des produits finals et des intermédiaires utiles dans le procédé sont inclus. Des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant un ou plusieurs des composés sont également incluses.
