Abstract

본 발명은 I. al) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 아크릴레이트 또는 아크릴레이트의 혼합물, a2) 분자당 하나 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하고, 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 a3) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없으며, a1) 및 a2)와는 상이한 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하여 중합 반응을 수행함으로, 공중합가능한 이중결합을 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄 용액을 생성하고, Ⅱ. 단계Ⅰ에서 첨가된 단량체가 거의 완전히 반응된 후에, b1 분자당 하나의 카르복실기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 b2)기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하여 중합 반응을 더 수행하고, Ⅲ. 그 중합 반응의 종료 후에 중화 반응을 수행하고, 물 중에 분산함으로 수득할 수 있는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (16)

  1. Ⅰ. a1) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 아크릴레이트 또는 아크릴레이트의 혼합물, a2) 분자당 하나 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하고, 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 a3) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없으며, a1) 및 a2)와는 상이한 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하여 중합 반응을 수행함으로써, 공중합가능한 이중결합을 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄 용액을 제조하고, 이어서 Ⅱ, 단계 Ⅰ에서 첨가된 단량체가 거의 완전히 반응된 후에, b1) 분자당 하나의 카르복실기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 b2)기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하여 중합 반응을 더 수행하고, Ⅲ. 그 중합 반응의 종료 후에 중화 반응을 수행하고, 물 중에 분산시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(a1)의 비율이 40-90중량%, 성분(a2)의 비율이 0-45중량%, (a3)의 비율이 0-40중량%, (b1)의 비율이 2.5-15중량%, 및 (b2)의 비율이 0-60중량%임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 성분(a1)의 비율이 40-80중량%, 성분(a2)의 비율이 4-34중량%, (a3)의 비율이 10-30중량%, (b1)의 비율이 3-7중량%, 및 (b2)의 비율이 0-28중량%임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)의 중량비의 합이 항상 100중량%임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)의 성상 및 양이 성분 (a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)로부터 수득되는 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 0 내지 200의 히드록실수, 20 내지 100의 산가 및 -40 내지 60℃의 유리 전이온도를 갖도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 히드록실수가 60 내지 140이고, 산가가 25 내지 50이며, 유리 전이온도가 -20 내지 40℃임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 용액이 a) 수평균 분자량이 400 내지 5000인 폴리에스테르-및(또는) 폴리에테르폴리올, 또는 그러한 폴리에스테르- 및(또는) 폴리에테르폴리올의 혼합물, b)폴리이소시아네이트, 또는 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물.c) 필요하다면, 분자 내에 이소시아네이트기에 대하여 관능성인 하나 이상의 기, 및 음이온을 형성할 수 있는 하나 이상의 기를 갖는 화합물, 또는 그러한 화합물의 혼합물, d) 필요하다면, 분자내에 NCO기에 대하여 관능성인 하나 이상의 기 및 하나 이상의 폴리(옥시알킬렌)기를 갖는 화합물, 또는 그러한 화합물의 혼합물, 및 필요하다면, e)분자량이 60 내지 600인 히드록실-및(또는)아미노 함유 유기 화합물, 또는 그러한 화합물의 혼합물을 반응시켜 수득될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트.
  8. A. 공중합가능한 이중결합을 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄 용액을 제조하고, B. 이러한 용액에 a1) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 아크릴레이트, 또는 아크릴레이트의 혼합물, a2)분자당 하나 이상의 히드록실기를 함유하며, 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 a3) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없으며, a1) 및 a2)와는 상이한 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하고, 및 C. 단계 B에서 단량체를 첨가한 후에, 거의 반응이 종료되면, b1) 분자당 하나의 카르복실기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물, 및 b2) 기본적으로 카르복실기가 없는 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 또는 그러한 단량체의 혼합물을 첨가하여 중합반응을 더 수행하고, D. 중합반응이 종료된 후에 수득된 폴리아크릴레이트 수지를 적어도 부분적으로 중화시키고, 물 중에 분산시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 중합 반응전에 공중합 가능한 이중 결합을 포함하지 않는 폴리우레탄이 유기 용매 또는 용매 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 첨가된 성분(a1)의 비율이 40-90중량%, (a2)의 비율이 0-45중량%, (a3)의 비율이 0-40중량%, (b1)의 비율이 2.5-15중량% 및 (b2)의 비율이 0-60중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 성분(a1)의 비율이 40-80중량%, (a2)의 비율이 4-34중량%, (a3)의 비율이 10-30중량%, (b1)의 비율이 3-7중량% 및 (b2)의 비율이 0-28중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)의 중량비의 합이 항상 100중량%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제8항 내지 12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)의 성상 및 양이 성분 (a1), (a2), (a3), (b1) 및 (b2)로부터 수득되는 폴리아크릴레이트 수지가 0 내지 200의 히드록실수, 20 내지 100의 산가 및 -40 내지 60℃의 유리 전이온도를 갖도록 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 히드록실수가 60 내지 140이고, 산가가 26 내지 50이며, 유리 전이온도가 -20 내지 40℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제8항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계 A 및 단계 B에서 첨가된 단량체의 80중량% 이상이 반등된 후에 단계(C)의 반응이 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 수성 안료화 도료를 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 폴리우레탄 개질 폴리아크릴레이트의 용도.
