다공질체에, 지지하기 위한 축(3)의 요동면과 미끄러짐이 발생하는 베어링면(5a)을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활그리스를 함침시킨 다공질 함유 베어링(5)과, 합성수지 기재에 윤활성분을 분산유지시킨 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물(7)을 서로 접촉하도록 배치한다.

Claims (32)

  1. 다공질체에, 지지하기 위한 축의 접동면과 미끄럼을 발생시키는 베어링면을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활그리스를 함침시킨 다공질 함유 베어링과, 합성수지 기재에 윤활성분을 분산유지시킨 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물을 서로 접촉하도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 한 베어링장치.
  2. 다공질체에, 지지할 축의 접동면과 미끄럼을 발생시키는 베어링면을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활 그리스를 함침시킨 다공질 함유 베어링과, 합성수지 기재에 윤활성분을 분산유지시킨 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물을 일체화한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물의 기름흡수력 보다도 상기한 다공질 함유 베어링의 모세관력 쪽이 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 윤활 그리스 또는 윤활유와, 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말을 함유하는 혼합물을 고형화한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 윤활그리스 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상이고, 또한 상기한 윤활그리스의 적점 이하의 온도로 분산유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 윤활유 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상의 온도로 분산유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 윤활그리스 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×106~5×106인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 기름의 침출억제제 1~50중량%를 첨가혼합하여 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상, 또한, 상기한 윤활그리스의 적점 이하의 온도로 분산유지 시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 윤활유 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 기름의 침출억제제 1~50중량%를 첨가혼합하여, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상의 온도로 분산유지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 기름의 침출억제제가 고체왁스인 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
  10. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 반응성 유기기를 보유하는 변성실리콘 오일과, 상기한 반응성 유기기에 반응하는 유기기를 보유하는 경화제를, 윤활유 또는 그리스 중에서 중합반응시켜서, 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스를 실리콘의 3차원 망목구조체로 유지한 것이며, 또한 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스로서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일 및 상기한 경화제에 상용성이 없는 것을 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
  11. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물이, 반응성 유기기 및 이 반응성 유기기에 반응하는 유기기를 보유하는 변성실리콘 오일을, 윤활유 또는 그리스 중에서 중합반응시켜서 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스 실리콘의 3차원 구조체로 유지한 것이며, 또한, 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스로서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일에 상용성이 없는 것을 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 베어링 장치.
  12. 합성수지 기재에, 다공질 함유 베어링에 보급하기 위한 윤활성분을 분사유지시킨 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 다공질 함유 베어링의 접촉면을 개재하여, 상기한 윤활성분을 보급하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 기름흡수력이, 상기한 다공질 함유 베어링의 모세관력 보다도 작은 수지윤활 조성물.
  15. 제12항 내지 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 윤활그리스 또는 윤활유와, 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말을 함유하는 혼합물을 고형화한 수지윤활 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 윤활그리스 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말 95~1중량%에 혼합함과 아울러, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상으로, 또한 상기한 윤활그리스의 적점 이하의 온도로 분산유지시킨 수지윤활 조성물.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 윤활유 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀의 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상의 온도로 분산유지시킨 수지윤활 조성물.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 윤활그리스 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말 95~1중량%에 혼합함과 아울러, 기름의 침출억제제 1~50중량%를 참가혼합해서, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상, 또한 상기한 윤활그리스의 직점 이하의 온도로 분산유지시킨 수지윤활 조성물.
  19. 제15항에 있어서, 윤활 5~99중량%에, 평균분자량 1×108~5×108인 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말 95~1중량%를 혼합함과 아울러, 기름의 침출억제제 1~50중량%를 첨가혼합하여, 상기한 초고분자량 폴리올레핀 분말의 겔화점 이상의 온도에서 분산유지시킨 수지윤활 조성물.
  20. 제18항 또는 제19항에 있어서, 기름의 침출억제제가 고체왁스인 수지윤활 조성물.
  21. 제12항 내지 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 반응성 유기기를 보유하는 변성실리콘 오일과, 상기한 반응성 유기기에 반응하는 유기기를 보유하는 경화제를, 윤활유 또는 그리스 중에서 중합반응시켜서, 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스를 실리콘의 3차원 망목구조체로 유지한 것이며, 또한, 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스로서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일 및 상기한 경화제에 상용성이 없는 것을 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기한 변셩실리콘 오일과 상기한 경화제의 합계량이, 이 수지윤활 조성물의 전체 중량에 대하여 20~80중량%이고, 또한, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일과 상기하 경화제의 중량비가 10:1 부터 1:10의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일 또는 상기한 경화제의 반응성 유기기의 관능기의 양이 50~5000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  24. 제21항 내지 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일이 아미노 변성실리콘 오일이고, 또한 상기한 경화제가 비스페놀형 에폭시화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  25. 제21항 내지 제22항 또는 제23항에 있어서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일이 아미노 변성실리콘 오일이고, 또한 상기한 경화제가 환식지방족 에폭시화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  26. 제12항 내지 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 반응성 유기기 및 이 반응성 유기기에 반응하는 유기기를 보유하는 변성실리콘 오일을, 윤활유 또는 그리스 중에서 중합반응시키고, 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스를 실리콘의 3차원 망목구조체로 유지한 것이며, 또한 상기한 윤활유 또는 그리스로서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일에 상용성이 없는 것을 채용한 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 상기한 변성실리콘 오일의 반응성 유기기의 관능기의 양이 50~5000g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지윤활 조성물.
  28. 다공질체에, 지지할 축의 접동면과 미끄럼을 발생시키는 베어링면을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활 그리스를 함침시켜서 이루어지고, 또한, 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물에 분산유지된 윤활성분을 베어링 내부에 보급하기 위한 표면을 보유하는 다공질 함유 베어링.
  29. 다공질체에, 지지할 축의 접동면과 미끄럼을 발생시키는 베어링면을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활 그리스를 함침시켜서 이루어지고, 또한 합성수지 기재에 윤활성분을 분산유지한 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물의 접촉면을 개재하여, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물로부터 윤활성분을 베어링 내부에 보급할 수 있는 다공질 함유 베어링.
  30. 다공질체에, 지지할 축의 접동면과, 미끄럼을 발생시키는 베어링면을 형성함과 아울러, 윤활유 또는 윤활그리스를 함침시켜서 이루어지고, 또한, 합성수지 기재에 윤활성분을 분산유지시킨 고형 형상의 수지윤활 조성물과 접촉시켜서 사용하는 다공질 함유 베어링.
  31. 제28항 내지 제29항 또는 제30항에 있어서, 상기한 다공질체의 모세관력이, 상기한 수지윤활 조성물의 기름흡수력 보다도 큰 다공질 함유 베어링.
  32. 제28항 내지 제29항 또는 제30항에 있어서, 상기한 베어링면의 전면적에 차지하는 기공의 면적 비율이 2~10%의 범위인 다공질 함유 베어링.
