Abstract

본 발명은 적어도 50%의 반복기가 하기 일반식과 같으며,
선택적으로, 나머지기에서는 2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌이 치환될 수 있거나 치환될 수 없는 아릴렌으로 교체되고/되거나 피리도비스이미다졸은 벤조비스이미다졸, 벤조비스티아졸, 벤조비스옥사졸, 피리도비스티아졸, 및/또는 피리도비스옥사졸로 교체되며, 폴리인산내 10-21중량%의 중합체 용액은 고유한 특성을 갖는 파이버로 방적될 수 있음을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (18)

  1. 적어도 50%의 반복기가 하기 일반식인 것을 특징으로 하는 강성의 막대형 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 50%의 상기 반복기가 피리도비스이미다졸-2,6-디일(2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌)으로 구성되고, 나머지 기에서 2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌은 치환될 수 있거나 치환될 수 없는 아릴렌으로 교체되고/되거나 피리도비스이미다졸은 벤조비스이미다졸, 벤조비스티아졸, 벤조비스옥사졸, 피리도비스티아졸, 및/또는 피리도비스옥사졸로 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 75%의 상기 반복기가 피리도비스이미다졸-2,6-디일(2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌)으로 구성되고, 나머지 기에서 2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌은 치환될 수 있거나 치환될 수 없는 아릴렌으로 교체되고/되거나 피리도비스이미다졸은 벤조비스이미다졸, 벤조비스티아졸, 벤조비스옥사졸, 피리도비스티아졸, 및/또는 피리도비스옥사졸로 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에서, 적어도 90%의 상기 반복기가 피리도비스이미다졸-2,6-디일(2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌)으로 구성되고, 나머지 기에서 2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌은 치환될 수 있거나 치환될 수 없는 아릴렌으로 교체되고/되거나 피리도비스이미다졸은 벤조비스이미다졸, 벤조비스티아졸, 벤조비스옥사졸, 피리도비스티아졸, 및/또는 피리도비스옥사졸로 교체되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 치환될 수 있거나 치환될 수 없는 아릴렌은 이소프탈산, 테레프탈산, 2,5-피리딘 디키르복실산, 2,6-나프탈렌 디카르복실산, 4,4'-디페닐 디카르복실산, 2,6-퀴놀린 디카르복실산, 및 2,6-비스(4-카르복시페닐)피리도비스이미다졸과 같은 아릴렌 디카르복실산의 카르복실기를 제거한 후 남아있는 2가 라디칼인 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강성 막대형 중합체가 반복하는 피리도비스이미다졸-2,6-디일(2,5-디히드록시-p-페닐렌)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 ηrel〉3.5(25℃에서 메칸 설폰산내 0.25g/dl)인 것을 특징으로 하는 강성 막대형 중합체.
  8. 점성도 때문에 파이버 및 필름으로 압출되기에 적당하고, 폴리인산내에 제1항 내지 제7항 내9지 제7항중 하나 이상의 항에 따른 막대형 중합체의 용액으로 구성되어 있으며, O2P5/H2O용매 시스템내 P2O5의 농도가 적어도 79.5 내지 84중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 강성 막대형 중합체가 농도가 10 내지 21중량% 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 조성물.
  10. 상기 중합체는 강 폴리인산 용액내에서 테트라아미노피리딘과 2,5-디히드록시테레프탈산의 포스페이트염으로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 막대형 중합체의 제조방법.
  11. 상기 중합체가 테트라아미노피리디늄 디히드록시 테레프탈레이트의 중합화로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 막대형 중합체의 제조방법.
  12. 제8항 또는 제9항에 따른 중합체 조성물이 각각 압출 및 방적으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름, 필라멘트, 및 얀과 같은 제품의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 압출 생성물이 200℃이상의 온도에서 장력하에 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  14. 제품일 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 막대형 중합체로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이버, 테이프 또는 필름과 같이 적어도 하나의 작은 차원을 갖는 제품.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 막대형 중합체로 실질적으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 제12항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조되며, 파이버가 수득된후 직접 측정되었을때 2.0이상의 내부 전단응력 모듈러스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  17. 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 제12항에 따른 제조방법으로 제조되고 3.0이상의 내부 전단응력 모듈러스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제품이 4.0이상의 내부 전단응력 모듈러스를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
