Claims (12)

  1. 하기의 반복되는 구조 단위(A,B,C,D)95몰%이상 및 m-결합을 함유하고 방향족 디카복실산(E') 및/또는 방향족 디아민(F')으로부터 유도된 구조단위 E 및/또는 F를 5몰% 이하 함유하며, 구조단위 A+E의 몰분획의 총량은 구조 단위 B+C+D+F의 몰분획의 총량과 같으며, 디아민 성분의 총량에 대한 디아민 성분 B,C 및 D의 분획이 구조단위 B : 20 내지 30몰%, 구조단위 C : 35 내지 35몰%, 구조단위 D : 15 내지 40몰%로 한정됨을 특징으로 하는, 유기 폴리아미드 용매에 가용성인 방향족 코폴리아미드.

    B : -HN-Ar'-NH-

    상기식에서, -Ar- 및 -Ar'-는 2가의 방향족 라디칼이고, 이의 원자가 결합은 파라-위치 또는 필적하는 동축 또는 평행 위치에 존재하며 저급 알킬 또는 할로겐 같은 하나 또는 2개의 불활성 라디칼로 치환될 수 있으며, -R 및 R'는 서로 다르고 저급 알킬 라디칼 또는 저급 알콕시 라디칼이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, -Ar-이 1,4-페닐렌, 1,4-, 1,5- 또는 2,6-나프탈렌 또는 1,4-디페닐렌이고 -Ar'-가 1,4-페닐렌 또는 1,4-, 1,5- 또는 2,6-나프틸렌인 코폴리아미드.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, -Ar- 및 -Ar'-가 저급 알킬 라디칼 또는 할로겐 원자에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼인 코폴리아미드.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -Ar- 및 -Ar'-가 메틸그룹 또는 염소원자에 의해 치환되거나 비치환된 1,4-페닐렌 라디칼인 코폴리아미드.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -Ar- 및 -Ar'-가 비치환된 1,4-페닐렌라디칼인 코폴리아미드.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -R이 저급알킬 라디칼이고 -R'가 저급 알콕시 라디칼인 코폴리아미드.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, -R이 메틸이고, -R'가 메톡시인 코폴리아미드.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, m 결합을 함유하는 구조단위가 3,4'- 또는 3',4'-디아미노벤즈 아닐라이드의 2가 라디칼인 코폴리아미드.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디아민 성분의 총량에 대한 디아민성분 B,C 및 D의 분획이 디아민 B : 25 내지 30몰%, 디아민 C : 40 내지 50몰%, 디아민 D : 25 내지 30몰%로 제한되는 코폴리아미드.
  10. 공지된 폴리아미드용매중에서 필요한 경우 알칼리 금속 할라이드 또는 알칼리 토금속 할라이드 존재하에 승온에서 일반식(A')의 산클로라이드 95 내지 100몰% 및 m-결합을 함유하는 방향족 디카르복실산 디클로라이드(E') 0 내지 5몰%를 일반식(B')의 디아민 20 내지 30몰%, 일반식(C')의 디아민 35 내지 55몰% 및 일반식(D')의 디아민 15내지 40몰%를 함유하는 디아민 혼합물 95 내지 100몰% 및 m-결합을 함유하는 디아민(F') 0 내지 5몰%로 구성되는 동량의 디아민 혼합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여, 디카복실산 클로라이드와 방향족 디아민의 중축합반응에 의해 방향족 코폴리아미드를 제조하는 방법.

    상기식에서, Ar, Ar', R 및 R'는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 25 내지 30몰%의 B', 40 내지 50몰%의 C', 25 내지 30몰%의 D'의 조성을 갖는 디아민 혼합물을 반응시키는 방법.
  12. 성형물질이 제1항의 방향족 코폴리아미드임을 특징으로 하는, 디카복실산/디아민 타입의 방향족 코폴리아미드의 막 필라멘트, 섬유, 섬유 펄프, 필름 또는 쉬이트와 같은 성형된 구조물.
